complaint against my11circle for unfair account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance without proof
To Whom It May Concern,
I am filing this complaint against My11Circle (RummyCircle / Games24x7 Pvt. Ltd.) regarding an unjust account suspension and forfeiture of my wallet balance without any proper justification, proof, or transparency.
I had been a genuine user of My11Circle and had verified my KYC documents over a year ago. On April 17, 2025, my account was suddenly suspended with the reason being “linked with multiple user accounts, ” which is claimed as a violation of their Terms of Service. However, no proof or specific details were provided to support this accusation.
I have contacted their support team multiple times requesting:
Evidence of these “linked accounts”
Explanation of how and when this supposed violation happened
Clarification on why I was not warned or notified earlier
Details on how my verified KYC was reused (if that was the case)
Despite my repeated and reasonable queries, all I received were automated, copy-paste responses with no human involvement. The wallet balance I had in the account was also forfeited, without giving me a chance to withdraw it or appeal the suspension.
This is a clear violation of consumer rights:
No transparency in communication
No proof provided for a serious accusation
Unfair forfeiture of my legally deposited and earned money
No proper grievance redressal mechanism
I urge the concerned authorities to investigate this matter and take strict action against such fraudulent and irresponsible behavior by My11Circle. I am also requesting:
1. Immediate reinstatement of my account or
2. A complete refund of my wallet balance
3. A formal written explanation with evidence regarding the allegations
If not resolved, I will be escalating this issue through all possible legal and public channels including social media, forums, and consumer court.

My complaint is against my11 circle.
I won in there challenge and they are not giving me money for that.
And in few challenges I won but they didn't updated and now are not sharing details.
They did fraud with me

I have 2 account in my11circle. In my new account i added 1000 and joined many contest of nearly 870 ruppes. After that they said i have multiple account so they will merge that with old one. They merged the account but the contest i have joined was not shown and i didnt get any refund regarding it.i am damn sure i have won the contest but they were not responding to me and not giving me the money i have contested in new one.. please help me regarding this.

Sir/Madam,
I am Rahul Dhamgaye. I have opened account in My11Circle fantasy app. This app offers online games. I had opened an account here under user id- < logicvsulk9j >and I deposited Rs. 4, 000/-.On 10.05.2023, my balance in this is app is around Rs. 3, 000/-. On 11.05.2023, I found that my balance on this account had been zero rupees. I complaint to the My11Circle fantasy support mail. The copy of the conversation with fantasy app is attached herewith.
Finally they had replied that " Our system has detected that you have multiple real cash accounts on our platform. As per the terms of service, a player cannot have more than one account with My11Circle.com.
Hence, we have closed and transferred the available balance to .Request you to login and continue playing with account .Please note that any withdrawal requested from the closed account will be processed in 2 to 3 working days.We regret any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your support to help us in our endeavors to provide and maintain a fair playing environment for all our players"
I waited for 3 working days but no money was transferred to my other active account. I have checked that the other active account user id is < Rgreat11 > not . I conveyed the same to My11Circle fantasy support mail. But they are not solving my issue and sending me that issue has been resolved at their end. At every time, new employee from My11Circle fantasy replied to the mail who don't even read my earlier mails and replied me standard reply.
I am attaching mail conversation pdf and account details pdf.
You are requested to kindly take appropriate action and solve my issue please.

Bonus cash not added while adding cash and cred coupon

I have added Rs 500 cash and applied cred coupon which applied for Rs 2500 but after a week I did not get any bonus cash on my account.. I tried to contact with my circle support team by email they just say coupon code not applied. I provided the coupon code and cash translation to them but they are not responding.

I'm complaining about my deposit money refund.
I recently made an account on my 11circle but i didn't wanted to play so i wanted my money back so for this i deleted my account but haven't received my money yet. So if you could please help to get my money back.

They call and send a promotional message on daily basis on my personal mobile number. I have never visited their website. I don't know how they got my number. They call and send their messages from a different number each time so i can't even block them.
For example message, i received “ Dear 8149XXXXXX,

I want to re-upload adharcard for kyc verification but i facing many problem like - revise document button disabled, upload document button disabled and it also shows that your document is already verified with another account but there is upload and revise document both button are disabled i dont understand what is the scam is doing this company because when i add money there is no kyc verification needed but when it's game time to return...

KYC Mismatch
I tried to verify my kyc in My11Circle app. But I used the aadhar card which is already registered to my brother's account so I asked My11Circle team to solve my issue. But instead they blocked my account. So I request them to unblock my account as soon as possible.

I'm complaining about promotional messages

It been a more than month after I wrote the first mail to my11circle and rummycircle to stop their promotional messages as I'm not interested and even I haven't register on their platform after I writing the mail also I have clicked unsubscribe promotional messages and I also wrote multiple emails and In response they say that they will stop in 24-48 hours but there is no stopping of their promotional messages . Please help me stop their promotional as they are gambling companies .

That's very wrong my 11 circle has provided bonus reward through Google pay about to get 3000 bonus on first deposit on my 11 circle .Neither i got any bonus the rules and regulations are not mentioned in reward policies at that moment and also I want to inform you that i made a huge deposit in my 11 circle unfortunately by mistake and also i have reported that to my 11 circle team .They have confirmed me that it will refunded to my bank...

I am so many times to unblock my account but not unblocking.
They blocked me just because i am logged in other device. I did that just because my mobile touch was not working.

Around 2 months ago they have blocked me by saying suspected activity noted and after few days said that they have closed my account and I will get my money in 5-7 days but its been month I have not got my money yet i was 483 rupees as mentioned please help me in getting my money back, once they initiated the amount then rejected it as I have asked them many times but they are not giving answer.

Without providing me valid reason and valid proof. From my11circle fairplay team person (anibrata) have blocked my account and also 12000 rs which I gained with my fair play they are not crediting to my account.
