Complaint marked as Resolved I mailed at support@my11circle but they are providing me standard procedure for KYC verification.
they have blocked my KYC verification option saying the documents I submitted are already in use but i can assure that this was my first time use.
They have blocked my KYC verification due to which I can't withdraw my money.
Their customer support is also of no use they don't understand the problem they reply with already saved formats
