Its over 15 amount didn't transferred
I have given request on withdraw before 15 days till now amount didn't got in my account i have mail to my11circle many time but there was no use any one not take any response about my mail i think this is the fraud company

KYC Blocked
I'm unable to place withdraw request because it says the KYC documents belong to another user. Actually, I think it's my because of my account in Rummy Circle. I don't play Rummy Circle anymore because of the ban on rummy games by Kerala Government. However, I still have access to that Rummy Circle Account.
I need this problem resolved quickly. I'm blocked and unable to update KYC. As a result, I'm not able to withdraw money.
I'm simply getting emails from the Support team stating it's solved and in truth nothing is solved.

My KYC verification is stoped due to unclear document how can i replaced with an clear document?? Someone please help me...I mailed 5-6 times but they have no helpful personal about this concern.

Everytime I want to do KYC verification the app shows your documents are registered with another user although it is my first account. It directly shows KYC verification blocked. How do I do the KYC verification...

1. They shows KYC is failed but no way to reverified my id and also shows wrong date of birth on their record and shows that I am underage.
2. In withdrawal option - button of withdrawn has only shown but it's not able to withdrawn my money.
3. I wrote lots of time on their customers support email id but on the time of actual complaint, mail bounced back.
Please block this game till they can't...

My11circle has wrongly rejected my kyc and Now i cant withdraw my money. Firstly they deposited money then asked for kyc and then rejected the money. So our money is capped by them I think this is a scam. Now their support are now responding to our mails. They are not resolving our queries.

My11Circle keeps sending me spam messages regarding their IPL offers. I've never downloaded the app, never used their service.

I playing cash game since one year but suddenly today my account has closed so please reopen my account. I dont no what is the reason of closing account and how to 're open the account. They are not allowing me to withdraw my money they have locked my account I have contacted them many times throughout their customer care email but they didn't replied My email address is [protected]@gmail.com which is registered in My11Circle account

My11Circle not refunding my Money inspite of several emails
I have some unutilized balance-Rs 907. My11Circle is not allowing me to play because of Govt. Regulations. Inspite of several emails, they are not returning my money and auto generated email comes, that has of no use. The default method of withdrawl shows a lesser amount- 575.34, that too is not withdrawable because of branch lies in Restricted state. Help me getting my money.

bonus amount ripoff
Initially during the launch of this mobile application (Mycircle11) i created an account via facebook login, which took the details (Email - 1 and mobile number) about me including the mobile number. So acc 1 was created long back with email - 1 and my only mobile number.
Now, i was not aware of that old account (Acc1) and created an account (Acc2) using another email - 2, for which it didnt prompt for any mobile number which these guys consider as their unique identification number.
So now i have accidentally created a second account (Without mobile number). I made a deposit of rupees 500 and i was offered with 500 bonus with the acc2 (Even during the deposit i was not asked about the mobile number).
Then later when i wanted to join into a game, i was prompted to enter my details like name address mobile and so on. Only when i provided the mobile number i was told that an account already exists with this mobile number. Later i used the recovery option to recover the email and only then i realised that i had a account (Acc1) created long back.
Now, this mobile application does not have any voice support number and only email address and a physical address was listed in their website and in the application. I wrote an email to them explaining the above mentioned scenario and i requested to unlink mobile number or close the previous account (Acc1) that i created accidentally where my only mobile number is liked. There is no mention about the "account closing" anywhere in their website or faqs.
These guys ended up closing the account (Acc2) where i was awarded with 500 bonus, which was not my request. I was happie that they have resolved the issue and logged in to see that only the rs. 500 was credited and not the bonus amount of rs.500.
When i raised up about this to them, they say something about bs t&c of a person should not have 2 accounts, which i totally agree. But these guys ended up closing the wrong account and i was ended up with a ripoff of 500 bonus amount.
They called me about this issue and the person whom i spoke to was not ready to listen what im saying instead kept on saying "terms and conditions". It was a mistake at their end and im the one who is paying the prize of losing the 500 bonus! Now, they are asking me to make a deposit of rs.500 again! To get the bonus of rs. 500, which is totally ridiculous!!
