I made a reservation under booking id rs/blr/18-19/[protected]. They refused to deliver the car due as they wanted id proof. Provided all the required proof. Yet they would not approve or deliver the car.
I tried to cancel the booking. Their website's cancel button wouldnt work. I called customer service, they said due to technical issue they cannot cancel the booking.
Now my money of rs. 23, 870 stuck with them. I cannot get refund neither i can get a car. Was this information helpful? |
