We had rented Tata Harrier from MyChoize, the car had completed more than 87, 000 KMs when we rented the car.
We drove the car for less than 500 KMs and suddenly the car broke down at around 5:00 PM the next day and was did not start. We contacted their emergency service number and they gave us two options:
1. They will tow the car but their towing truck will reach the destination the next day. We (the consumer) are responsible for the car until their towing truck reaches the destination.
2. We can tow the car and take it to the nearest mechanic shop

We chose the 2nd option because the car had broken down far away from our hotel in a lonely area. The car was towed in the night and the next day the mechanic found out that the relay in the circuit of engine's fuel intake had gone and was to be replaced which we did.

Then while coming back home the clutch did not work, it was stuck in the pressed position and there was smoke coming out from near the engine area. So, we decided to stop using the car at that point and asked them to take their car back. They arrange a tow which took nearly 3 hours.

Now, MyChoize is saying that everything is our fault and expects us to bear the cost for the Relay replacement and also the clutch plates. We thing that their car was not maintained properly which led to the failures and not because o[censored]s, we have driven other cars but we have never faced relay or clutch plate failures.

    I made a reservation under booking id rs/blr/18-19/[protected]. They refused to deliver the car due as they wanted id proof. Provided all the required proof. Yet they would not approve or deliver the car.

    I tried to cancel the booking. Their website's cancel button wouldnt work. I called customer service, they said due to technical issue they cannot cancel the booking.

    Now my money of rs. 23, 870 stuck with them. I cannot get refund neither i can get a car.
