We had rented Tata Harrier from MyChoize, the car had completed more than 87, 000 KMs when we rented the car.
We drove the car for less than 500 KMs and suddenly the car broke down at around 5:00 PM the next day and was did not start. We contacted their emergency service number and they gave us two options:
1. They will tow the car but their towing truck will reach the destination the next day. We (the consumer) are responsible...

I made a reservation under booking id rs/blr/18-19/[protected]. They refused to deliver the car due as they wanted id proof. Provided all the required proof. Yet they would not approve or deliver the car.

I tried to cancel the booking. Their website's cancel button wouldnt work. I called customer service, they said due to technical issue they cannot cancel the booking.

Now my money of rs. 23, 870 stuck with them....
