MyDentist — Carelessness of Mydentist - Unable to undergo my treatment further till its fixed

Hi, I would like to share my horrifying experience with Mydentist and the amateur dentist they have recruited who are specialist in getting their patients RCT or filling done even if there is minimal cavity on their tooth In the month of May I reported to them to get myself treated with halitosis treatment. They said that i have 4 cavity that had to be filled I agreed as I am not an expert They filled the first cavity and after the procedure was completed i told the dentist its hurting me. She said its normal and would be gone overnight I waited overnight and the pain increased so bad that I had to have a pain killer Waited overnight for the Clinic to open and reported the issue of bad pain. The cavity filling was done again Again i reported the issue of extreme pain Again waited for the pain to subside but no sign to it This time another doctor treated me but that too didn’t help and reported to him in 30 minutes I was so frustrated that i called the number which says if someone is not happy with the treatment then give a miss call to the number It took them nearly 24 hours to revert I wanted to complain to the IDA regarding the service and treatment mydentist is undergoing also to report this issue on the blog but i said let’s give them a chance to fix the issue. They suggested a RCT for the tooth is was in concern. I said ok as I’m no the doctor It was the most painful RCT as described by the doctor Still there was pain and they found out that i need to do another RCT (the tooth in front) Then I disagreed in making any payments for the treatment until they fix my issue completely I paid only for the first RCT only They did the RCT thrice on my main tooth as it led to infection one time and also one doctor was unable to remove the filling and she had breached the root end point which worsened the pain much more. I had enough with all this and asked them to give me all the reports and x-ray of my tooth Went to my family doctor and reported the case to him He clearly said he can’t do anything with it as they have done too much with the RCT and the removal of the filing where it had worsened. He told to continue with mydentist and consult the endodontist I called mydentist back and told them about this and they assigned the case to a endodontist They checked me thoroughly and decided to keep the root of the tooth under observation with a filling With all the experiment done on me the root had diminished to half the size and they didn’t have an answer to it just not admitting he were at fault and they agreed to take the ownership After the observation they decided to fill the MTA in that root go it get back to normal This whole process took 7 months with all the running about to clinics from one place to another I was told by the endodontist this case would take couple of months to solve In the month of January I was put a temporary root cap but had the external pain on the gum where the RCT was done and still continue to have On regular check-ups I would say the same thing of external pain but no pain during eating They again and again said the same thing it would take time In the month of September 2015 i got a sore on my gum on the same RCT and rushed to the Clinic again They said it was due food lodgement and they treated the area Again after week the sore was on the inner side and again they treated 27th September i Root cap broke of the same damn tooth where there was severe bleeding around the gums In the evening while returning from work I visited the clinic and they said they would get the report from the clinic i was regular and ignored the severity to at least stop the bleeding The Doctor just suggested it’s a protocol and i should keep the area clean till tomorrow The Doctor said he would call and let me know what time to come in the evening He didn’t respond on the 28th and eventually I had to call I called then the same doctor wasn’t there and i spoke to another doctor I reported to the clinic today and he checked me and told me about the cost and an alternative of extracting the tooth as he removed a xray which should the root was not in an healthy stated and had some infection He said i have to pay for the temp cap i needed only then he wud remove the fractured cap He didn’t even treat my bloody gums I took the contact Number of Parvinder and Rupali from the doctor there I called Rupali to tell her that this treatment should be take care by you’ll until it’s finished and she went in the past explaining things done I just wanted to know if they were taking care of my treatment or not And she clearly refused to do so I mentioned to her I would be reporting to IDA and fearlessly she obliged Hence with utter frustration and pain i have typed this complaint as it was high time where it has been more than 1 1/2 year to get my issue resolved. There is no way i would be getting myself treated ever but would definitely lodged a formal complain to IDA this weekend. Also reporting it to the media where an article should be printed about mydentist where there are so reckless about treating my case. Thanks for hearing me Appreciate if you'll take care of this and I would also claim damages to the company as well for the horrific experience with armature dentist recruited and a worse staff i have ever experience hoping no one would suffer with them People please open your eyes and avoid this mydentist as they are ripping people off slowly slowly
