Hello Sir,
My Dentist has charged me 90, 000 to treatment for teeth alignment as well as deep bite. Half way through the treatment, they have stopped the treatment and have offered me 20% money back. I require full payment from them because the treatment is not at all complete and if I go to another dentist, they are going to charge me again more than 90, 000 rupees.

I had approached my dentist ghatkopar (W) for braces and had informed them that i will be have to take them of for a month because i am getting married, they informed me that if i opt for 3m ceramic braces, i will not have to pay extra cost for replacement. After i start the treatment, they inform me that i will have to pay a fee of rs. 10000 for replacement, which would be chargeable for the brackets. I wasn't ready to pay that amount since it wasn't informed to me. But however i agreed and was ready to pay it then and then. The dentist informed me that i cant do so as i would like to take the braces off in march, and they will charge that amount in march itself. When in march i had to take the braces off, they inform me that i will have to pay rs. 20000. I told them that it is double the amount i was told,. They made me speak to their cluster head and i she agreed that they will work out a way and will get back to me by the next day. I got busy with my wedding preparations but was awaiting their revert. No one bother to get back to me, and when i would call at the clinic, they would say that the doctors will call me back, i have been waiting for almost 3 months for a revert.in the meanwhile i have been getting messages that i have booked appointments at certain days, which i haven't. Yesterday when i called the clinic i insisted on talking to a doctor. I explained her the situation, she said that she would talk to the cluster head and revert. She called me back after a while informing me that there is nothing that can be done and i will have to pay rs. 20000. I told her that its my hard earned money that i invested and they are just trying to pull out as much money as they can from people like me. She then told me that the least that they can do is charge 15k for the brackets. I 'd have rather gone for another category of braces if this was the case. Now my treatment is coming upto almost 60k. This is completly absurd. Misinformation and incorrect guidance just to sell a more expensive treatment, this is all what it looks like. I would like a refund for my complete treatment, as i was mislead.

Discontinue braces fitment

My wife decided to go for braces fitment from mydentist at garodia nagar, ghatkopar, mumbai. The procedure somehow did not agree with her. Within a month of the fitment, my wife decided that it was too painful for her to continue with the procedure. Hence we are getting the braces removed.
We have paid most instalments for the procedure and would like to know the if i can get a refund for the incomplete procedure.

I just want to know for per teeth root canal and capping how much you guys do charge for a patient...and for 10 teeths is the cost goes to 97thousand or 1 lakhs???
Also i tried contacting Mr.Vikram ceo of My Dentist but no reply frm him...I want to know because when i checked with other clinic it was less than 50 thousand and you guys charging much more

My braces treatment is from vasai.. Dr said that the braces treatment would be take 1 or 1 and half years but now it's almost 2 and half years over. . I can't see any changes in this 2 years. . I think it's just waste of money for the treatment from mydentist. .u people just making us fool..they call me every month for the treatment but gaps from the teeth are also not done

I had undergone a root canal treatment from my dentist, Babhai naka branch. Contact no. 28992345. My treatment ended in September 2016 and the cap that i paid for zerconia cap woth 8000 INR. I was being promised guarantee card for 15 years on this cap. Today till date i have been following up for guarantee card and they keep telling me that it has not come from the lab. It already 6 months. In order to trap customers they are falsely committing guranatee card of 15 years but when it comes to delivering the commitment they are making me follow up and only follow up and every time they come up with the same excuse they will check with the company. This is fraud as i paid 8k for a cap of guarantee but they are not able to give guarantee card.

Data Privacy and disrespectful demeanour

I was refused treatment unless I allow them to use my personal details for marketing purposes. Also basically I was told they cannot attend to any client unless they share ALL their personal details and agree to its use for promotions and the like.
This seems like a standard practice at ALL CLINICS.
They require Date of Birth, Mobile, Email, Address etc and your EXPLICIT permission to use it for marketing.
I tried my best to escalate this as a data privacy issue and requested to speak to the management, but all of them refused and I was asked to explore other options.
The lady who claimed to be the management in charge Dr. Nishita was very impolite and disrespectful and asked me to get out of the clinic also creating a big ruckus at the clinic. I was simply requesting her to help me escalate this as I do not find this policy acceptable. I was also not able to connect to their any of their helplines even after calling repeatedly.
I am not sure how many o[censored]s are careful about this, but a combination of our name/ DOB/ Mobile no and email address can be easily used to unlock financial details and accounts. We should safeguard this information well.
Also, I am still OKAY to share this information assuming it is being used for genuine purposes and will not be misused by a medical institution.
But here I was forced to SIGN or refused treatment for use of this information for promotions etc.
The entire incident was disrespectful and unexpected from doctors. I was later called back for an appointment ( it seems that was a mistake) and later called again they 'management has cancelled your appointment'.
We need to set up some data privacy rules + expect some demeanour with clients/ patients at a clinic atleast.

I am Sudha Mishra, I have taken appoinment at Kondwa clinic PUNE on 2/02/2017 at 2:30pm but before half hour i got a call from centre that my appoinment is cancelled because today is thursday so they do not have power supply.I am working and I have taken off from office for treatment. I have severe toothache and i am totally disappointment with this.when at time of evening I call for appoinment the receptionist told me that she will call back still I does not get any call.

Wrong diagnostic & treatment

My mr # 413701: i visited my dentist panchvati, ahmadabad on[protected] with a pain in right-lower jaw & my dental cap needed to be replaced. I informed dr. Khushboo to check my earlier details in their records. She diagnosed me with a re-rct after taking x-ray. As i mentioned that i had to travel, thus she need to take money only for the treatment she was to do on that day, she took inr 2500/-. Ones the money was transferred, she started to grind my teeth & prescribed me with some anti-biotics & a pain-killer. I traveled to valsad on the[protected], reaching on there the pain increased, so i visited a local dentist, a mds & ortho surgeon in kasturba hospital, valsad - an x-ray was taken again & here i was informed that i suffered from a gum infection & there was no need to be treated for a re-rct. As i had a photo of the previous x-ray taken on[protected], i showed it to the mds & he said that there was only a gum infection. Thus, i called dr. Khushboo & informed her, about the diagnostic made; she was apologetic & was sorry for the wrong diagnosis made by her. When i asked her for a refund, she refused, stating - that is not in her power. Now, she want me to be checked by their consultant orthodontist. But there is no talk with regard to the refund.

Dear mydentist,
I am vijay parmar from ahmedabad. My mr number is 302834. I have started my treatment for braces in sattadhar branch on 29th august. I started it using bajaj finserv of rs.42000.
Now it is november and still my dental treatment is at 0 level. After 15days of treatment my braces was removed automatically so i consult them. They removed it and told me that after 15days ur new kit will come and will again start treatment and now it's already 2months and yeaterday they called me to come for treatment when today i went for treatment they are telling me that we need to indent for new kit.
It is such a bogas service i ever went through. Now i dont want to continue my treatment pls discontinue it and give my money back. Otherwise i will have to go. For social media help to get my money back.

Sir, i approach for treatment at vele parle, mumbai clinic, where they suggested for rc accordingly i agreed and proceed for treatment. Expert dr tries to finish the treatment in on seating, i requested for slow hand that had so pain, but he could not stopped and rudely handling the rc. Due to which i suffer heavy pain for entire a day.
Sir, while treatment of rc, needle break and fixed up in my teeth, he tries for removal but could not remove the needle and says nothing will happened. I asked for put up in writing in my report but he denied to give in writing
After a gap of 4days i approach for next treatment for the same, dr suvarna did harassed and arrogantly behave. She repeatedly saying u r uneducated in this and insulted me. Moreover she tries to treat another tooth which didn't asked for.

Regarding third molar extraction.

This is to Inform that My Dentist Mulund West Branch Worst Experience ever.
I had a wisdom tooth extraction they called up Dr. Chirag Desai. Very horrible doc and did treatment very badly. Half the treatment the power went off nd they stitched the gums and told me come in the evening.
Again evening the doc refused to come back nd treatment was postponed to next day.
My lips have got so much cuts and soo much swelling since 3 days.
Please do not visit.
Complaint should be registered against such unprofessional Doctors.

Refund of 800/- for misguidance and wrong filling process

Incomplete knowledge of the doctor has caused a big issue for me. The lady said that tooth filling will work in my case for tooth pain but after filling also the tooth is paining and now she says i will have to do rct.
After filling also i was able to see the cavity in x-ray below the filling area. It clears that filling was done very wrongly and still the tooth is paining.
This is the immaturity of the doctor for which i had to suffer.
I request you to refund my 800 rs.

very true. do not know to behave with patient just a money making business. I'm already in a big trouble. Think 10 times before visiting so called my dentist. There are lot more doctors who provide high quality service with ethics. Others will take the money after treatment or give the installment facility without any loan agreement just on the basis of trust and confidence on their treatment, which is completely lacking in my dentist.

Unprofessional and unethical behaviour

I m patient of airoli mydentist since 2 months. I just had root canal & dr dhanashree suggested me for ortho treatment. She brief me abt cost, duration, process, politics. I had already told them that i will pay money on 30th of every month that time she agreed. I have already paid 2 installment for braces. But they haven't start my treatment. My appointment on 16 july, they called me for treatment. When i entered in clinic, dr. Dhanashree asked me for july payment. So i told them i will pay on 30th. Still july month is not end. She simply refused for treatment & asked me for go back i[censored] can't pay. Simply saying that, "muje kya tere hi daat kharab ho jayenge". Is this the way to talk with the patient. Unprofessional & unethical behaviour and poor service. I want my 2 installment payment which i have paid. I dont want to continue with this cheap doctors.

Root canal and capping

Hi,
I had this root canal and the doctor suggested and convinced me for cap.
The promise was made that the cap will sustain atleast for 5 years.
But its only a year and the cap came out during brushing.
I went to mydentist and they are now saying that "it happens", thats ridiculous.
If this was the case why you guys make such promises and statement.
And i did reasoned with the doctor that if its not reliable then i will not prefer capping but the doctor confirmed that it is.
Now they are asking me extra charges for re-fitment of the cap.
As it is they grinded my two of the tooth to smaller size.
I feel like cheated...
I need appropriate solution for this, either reimbursement or free-of-charge re-fitment and guarantee for 5 years.
Or i will escalate this issue to higher authorities.

Implant front tooth

I am a teacher by profession.
I am a patient of malad, link road, mydentist since last 3 years, was visiting there for regular check-up and cleaning. i went to mydentist, goregaon branch on 2/12/15 for the implant of my front tooth which was broken in year-2000 was treated by pre-post.
They brief me about the cost, duration and process and other policies.
They asked for a cbct which was done on 9/12/2015
My first sitting took place on 10/12/15 where my extraction and immediate implant took place by dr. neil and another doctor for extraction.
I have paid more than 75% amount till 17/12/15, as per the policies. they said the process will be done in 3 months.
From mid of march 2016 i have started following them for the same, from then till now they have given me thousands of reasons for not doing it. doctor is not available.. its not healed (without checking).. we have already told you that it will take time (which they never said) and many more...
I feel so humiliated and traumatised, because its my front tooth and the temporary tooth use to come out every now and then. i have to take leave from school or close my batches to go there. not even utilised my vacations well because they made a fake promise and then did not even bother me to tell me the exact time when it has to be done.
Then on 19/05/2016 when i went there for the real implant to take place, they asked me to complete the payment only then they'll process my work further. i respected the policies of mydentist and paid the remaining balance.
They told me only 2 weeks, first week they'll cut the stitches & next week the crown will be placed. then again the process of following up took place, and somehow after 7 months, after sending me thrice to the lab in andheri, they did it on 2/07/2016. i spend the full day in lab and then in heavy rain i went to there clinic after talking to the doctor, where after reaching and on the dentist chair the doctor said. "i am fixing it temporary, dr. neil is available on 7/07/2016, will call & give you the appointment accordingly." and on the top of that my real tooth next to the one implanted got chipped off real bad and the doctor also put a deep scar on my gum from the front which will not even recover so for that they have created an artificial gum on tooth itself.

I came back home and the tooth also came out the same night. i feel so frustrated that after keeping so much patience and believe. the doctors in mydentist feel like the patient is a fool and is so free.
I cant even put that in words how am i feeling. i feel cheated.
I went to mydentist not because of any doctors goodwill, its simply because i felt that as a brand name mydentist will not cheat. but i was wrong.
Its like a punishment and mental trauma for me, i'll make sure to take this further in consumer court and all social media wherever possible.
I need a quick response from your side on the same. i want you to compensate me for the the mental trauma, pain and harassment, i faced because of your doctors. also i would like to know how will you rectify my gum and chipped tooth.
I am writing this because your doctors are not listening and taking everything very casually and on the other side before filling a complaint it is the requirement of consumer court to show them the last complaint filled.

Complaint about dental cap

I went for the root canal in mydentist in the month of april 2016.I installed zirconium cap worth 7, 110(Only for the one cap). And within 25 days it came out. I did not had any food item restricted by doctor so i am wondering how it came out. Its highly disappointing after spending 16, 470 (For two teeth)again i will to spend on cap installation.
Will my dentist take care of it ???

It was the worst experience I have ever had, while receiving money they are very sweet and promises us to give the best treatment but after they get all the payment, they suddenly become careless about us, they never respond or they never take our problem seriously. its the worst service.

Hence total rs.7425 /- paid by me to mydentist. I had taken some treatment / service, except item no rct with pcr for rs 1975/- as mentioned in bill no bl 736299 dt 14.3.16.
Hence on 28.4.2016 i had approach your clinic for bills of above treatment / service and refund of rs 1975/-, for which no service was taken. I was given the above referred two bills at 11.00 am and advised to come in the evening for the refund of excess amount.
When i again approached in the evening at 6.25 pm on date for refund, the lady doctor present at clinic denied the refund amount, informing that refund is against the company’s policy. This is indeed regrettable and highly unprofessional and bad trade practice.
It was surprised to hear how a company like mydentist can make such a policy / contracts, which is against the law of the land and refuses to refund the money for which service / treatment is not taken.
In view of above, i hereby demand to refund rs 1975 /- within seven days. Otherwise i shall take due legal action exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.

Incorrect Billing and bad treatment with faulty equipments: - My Dentist - Chinchwad Branch.
I visited Mydentist Chinchwad Branch for rct as I got call from them saying I'll get 30 % discount if I visit today (i.e 28 Feb 2017). they convinced me for a cap worth rs 7250 and rct worth rs 1975. and told me I'll get discount on this. and started the treatment by taking 50% payment in advance. the treatment was not that good. the equipements were faulty as water was leaking from the drilling machin all over the chair. when I completed the treatment the pain is still there inside the cap. also the bill provided had incorrect bifurcation of the discounts because of which I could not submit the bill for reimbursement and had to incurr the loss of 2000 Rs just because of a silly mistake in calculation of the doctor while generating the bill. when I went to the clinic for rectification. they told that is not possible. such a worst treatment and worst behaviour.
I think they should teach their doctors some basic maths also for the billing purpose so that consumers will not suffer.

Dental cap fixed by the doctor at Eliphiston branch of Mydentist. It came out while taking food after one week or so..when approached the doctors say, it will charged once again when assured 5 years guarantee.Now they say the cost is going to be Rs.17000/-.My wife undergone four to five RCT and cap fixing.One cap suddenly came while eating. Luckily she did not swallowThe doctors say they cant do anything .I have spent nearly Rs30000/- why to chargre again for their mistake.

No value of time, unethical behaviour, irresponsible doctors

I had an appointment for check up at 7:30 p.M. I reached at 7:30 and there was nobody at the reception. So i sat there waiting at the reception. After 15 minutes the receptionist arrived. A lady sitting besides me had appointment of 8.00 p.M for some treatment. She asked us to wait. The receptionist went inside where the treatments were done. I had to again wait for more 15-20 mins. Later the receptionist came out around 8.10 p.M and let the lady besides me in, although she had an appointment after mine. So i asked her that why did she let that lady in. Instead of answering me well, she asked me to wait for more half an hour, and the doctors inside also knew about all this, yet they didn’t have the courtesy to attend me. Their behavior was quite rude and unethical. So atlast i had to leave without any check-up, after waiting for 45 minutes.

I made an upfront advance 100% payment for an Implant four months ago and yet received no call from the Clinic till date...inspite of me leaving several messages.
The doctors keep changing every time.There is always confusion in the clinic.
Doctors and support staff keep complaining about the management and the long work hours they put into.

Irresponsible and unprofessional who are nothing but a sales team hired as dentists from across the country

My visit to a local Branch of My Dentist was influenced by reference and proximity to my house. The resident doctors happily suggested my job to make a new bridge (4 Anterior teeth) would be done around 10 days. And yes, its a piece of cake because all i have to do i select the best zarconias which will last for more than 10 years easily so the estimate was pegged around 30, 000 INR all inclusive. I was sold!
2. Later they realised they need one more support becuse the existing structure is very small. One more zarconia and more job new estimate 40, 000.
3. Specal root canal and the local doc says she is not allowed to do it.
Time for external consultant who will charge me 5000! per root canal. OK. They have decided to bleed me.
4. The temps were made after i paid them 2500 and they broke in 2 pieces in 2 days. Lucky me it was saturday they came out when i was not in office.
5. The consultant doctor will not be sticking to his time because he has his issues. Human after all right? One ocassion he has met with an accident and the other time he is supposed to do a blood check. The patient is forced to suffer.
- The worst - The local doc is also working on some root canals and she too skips appointments because of her own personal issues. I request her to let some one else take it and the reply is baffling - i wont guarantee the work if done by else!
6. What started with 30, 000 all inclusive in 10 days is now more than 21 days and the cost has jumped to more than 45, 000 lready.
7. The final impressions were supposed to be taken today and when i call the dental clinic, the doc says 'hey Happy diwali! Dont u know no body is working and the lab will not be working for 3 days starting from today. So whats the point in imressions. Please dont rush and let the gums heal to get the best'.

I will take this to the highest court and make u bleed to the maximum multifolds.
You lied abut your great network in 4 cities with excellent staff. The fact is the staff doesnt value patient but behave a sales team trying to sell external consultants and zarconias

I had worst experience with mydentist clinics which now they have changed to sabka dentist...LOL.
They are not dentists they are sales personnels, they dont care about your dental problems all they have to care is how much money we can make out of this pateint.
Its not their fault its ours cos we trust them, they are money eating monsters and some severe steps should be taken against them.
My name is ASHISH SAKPAL i have undergone dental treatment from mydentist borivali west mandapeshwar road branch, with Dentist Pratima Surana, all i have to say is that i have been cheated with my treatment, i have undergone 2 tooth extractions, 8 fillings, 3 root canals and 2 dental implants and 2 bridges which has cost me nearly 130000inr. As i am having bite issues i asked her about braces, to which she said as u dont have time in india u cant undergo braces treatment, i asked for alternatives to correct my bite. She said we dont have any alternative which was wrong and i came to know about invisalign later on when i have done all the treatment. Apart from that what ever the bridge has been made is not properly aligned, and my oral health is compromised. Mydentist was the biggest mistake of my life. Apart from the dentist pratima surana all the staf is rude and arrogant specially dentist NEHA CHATURVEDI she always have to poke her nose in between every discussion to which she is been not envolved. I personally feel some actions should be taken on them, although i have read about all the reviews from everyone one thing i have to say is that Hello...MYDENTIST or SABKA DENTIST are you listening... if yes reply.

I have discontinued the treatment from My dentist a.k.a Sabka dentist, but still paying my EMIs . The management not ready to refund the money or cancel the treatment. Not happy with the professional behavior and treatment. Think twice before going .

Carelessness of Mydentist - Unable to undergo my treatment further till its fixed
Hi,
I would like to share my horrifying experience with Mydentist and the amateur dentist they have recruited who are specialist in getting their patients RCT or filling done even if there is minimal cavity on their tooth
In the month of May I reported to them to get myself treated with halitosis treatment.
They said that i have 4 cavity that had to be filled
I agreed as I am not an expert
They filled the first cavity and after the procedure was completed i told the dentist its hurting me. She said its normal and would be gone overnight
I waited overnight and the pain increased so bad that I had to have a pain killer
Waited overnight for the Clinic to open and reported the issue of bad pain.
The cavity filling was done again
Again i reported the issue of extreme pain
Again waited for the pain to subside but no sign to it
This time another doctor treated me but that too didn’t help and reported to him in 30 minutes
I was so frustrated that i called the number which says if someone is not happy with the treatment then give a miss call to the number
It took them nearly 24 hours to revert
I wanted to complain to the IDA regarding the service and treatment mydentist is undergoing also to report this issue on the blog but i said let’s give them a chance to fix the issue.
They suggested a RCT for the tooth is was in concern.
I said ok as I’m no the doctor
It was the most painful RCT as described by the doctor
Still there was pain and they found out that i need to do another RCT (the tooth in front)
Then I disagreed in making any payments for the treatment until they fix my issue completely
I paid only for the first RCT only
They did the RCT thrice on my main tooth as it led to infection one time and also one doctor was unable to remove the filling and she had breached the root end point which worsened the pain much more.
I had enough with all this and asked them to give me all the reports and x-ray of my tooth
Went to my family doctor and reported the case to him
He clearly said he can’t do anything with it as they have done too much with the RCT and the removal of the filing where it had worsened.
He told to continue with mydentist and consult the endodontist
I called mydentist back and told them about this and they assigned the case to a endodontist
They checked me thoroughly and decided to keep the root of the tooth under observation with a filling
With all the experiment done on me the root had diminished to half the size and they didn’t have an answer to it just not admitting he were at fault and they agreed to take the ownership
After the observation they decided to fill the MTA in that root go it get back to normal
This whole process took 7 months with all the running about to clinics from one place to another
I was told by the endodontist this case would take couple of months to solve
In the month of January I was put a temporary root cap but had the external pain on the gum where the RCT was done and still continue to have
On regular check-ups I would say the same thing of external pain but no pain during eating
They again and again said the same thing it would take time
In the month of September 2015 i got a sore on my gum on the same RCT
and rushed to the Clinic again
They said it was due food lodgement and they treated the area
Again after week the sore was on the inner side and again they treated
27th September i Root cap broke of the same damn tooth where there was severe bleeding around the gums
In the evening while returning from work I visited the clinic and they said they would get the report from the clinic i was regular and ignored the severity to at least stop the bleeding
The Doctor just suggested it’s a protocol and i should keep the area clean till tomorrow
The Doctor said he would call and let me know what time to come in the evening
He didn’t respond on the 28th and eventually I had to call
I called then the same doctor wasn’t there and i spoke to another doctor
I reported to the clinic today and he checked me and told me about the cost and an alternative of extracting the tooth as he removed a xray which should the root was not in an healthy stated and had some infection
He said i have to pay for the temp cap i needed only then he wud remove the fractured cap
He didn’t even treat my bloody gums
I took the contact Number of Parvinder and Rupali from the doctor there
I called Rupali to tell her that this treatment should be take care by you’ll until it’s finished and she went in the past explaining things done
I just wanted to know if they were taking care of my treatment or not
And she clearly refused to do so
I mentioned to her I would be reporting to IDA and fearlessly she obliged
Hence with utter frustration and pain i have typed this complaint as it was high time where it has been more than 1 1/2 year to get my issue resolved.
There is no way i would be getting myself treated ever but would definitely lodged a formal complain to IDA this weekend.
Also reporting it to the media where an article should be printed about mydentist where there are so reckless about treating my case.

Appreciate if you'll take care of this and I would also claim damages to the company as well for the horrific experience with armature dentist recruited and a worse staff i have ever experience hoping no one would suffer with them
People please open your eyes and avoid this mydentist as they are ripping people off slowly slowly

Bunch of quacks at the vasai branch

My mother has been with mydentist clinic since february 2015. Her concern - she had pain in her tooth and wanted to remove it. Solution offered - they told my mom that they can do some tilite cutting and fit a tilite crown (God only knows what that even meant) . Well heres the thing. Its been 5 months but this supposedly tiliting is not getting over. When she started her service with mydentist, they took xrays and everything and did whatever show shining that they had to do. Post paying the amount, it became a goose chase. Either the doctor (Dr. Manan) is not available or the doctor is running late or there is a new doctor who has no head or tail about what he or she is doing. They mostly look like trainees. My parents were putting up to all this. And mind you my mother is a diabetic, asthematic patient, who also has blood pressure issues. She usually has episodes of migraine pains as well. To add to this the mydentist quacks put her through tremendous pain. There have been times when the quack fidgeted with her tooth and then asked her to come in a weeks time and then the mr. Quack (Dr. Manan) did not come to the branch for 2 to 3 weeks. So my mother went through the pain for that long a time. Then enters a new doctor dr. Mugdha, who prescribes a fancy medicine in the name of pain killer which is not available at any chemist so she promises to my parents that she would order it for them. Guess what that never happened either. Today my parents visited the centre again and yet another new doctor comes. My mothers infection had come to such a level that today the new doctors fidgeting brought my mother down to tears. She literally cried in pain. And then this brilliant doctor applies a numbing cream to numb her gums. Question - why was the numbing cream not applied earlier? When my mother complained to her, she very coolly said its not her case. So she cant comment. Then she tells my mother that her bone near the tooth has started decaying, hence the pain. Question - why was this not pin pointed earlier when they took xrays of my mothers tooth initially. Which leads to believe that its their fancy experiments that has lead to decaying of my mothers bone. Disgusting service i must say. Highly disgusting.

Please whoever is reading it, don’t go to My Dentist’s am losing my voice and have sever tooth ache after doing cleaning form them. The other dental doctor are also scared to operate on me because they say that will further damage my teeth and speaking nerves
I am complaining to consumer court for all the rubbish they have done. I have done my cleaning in Sion opp to Sion hospital. I never has any pain, I just went to clean my teeth on Women days offer. After getting my teeth clean they said I have two cavities in my Wisdom tooth., I said fine they said they will clean and fill it. I never had any problem or cavities till date. They cleaned and filled my cavities. The story turned wrong after I went home I couldn’t eat for 1 weeks and it became hard for me to even chew a biscuit. I got scared and went to another Doc he said I never needed a filling and the cavities even if I had as MyDentist Doctors claimed could be ignored and could get ridden my cream.
Know he say the scaling they have done will damage my teeth. I said I am having some coarse troath problem after my filling, Then to my shock the other dentist said sorry the filling is more than the teeth cap, so there will be acute pain and your voice has been hitting by it. I will not operate on it as I am too scared of what they have done. I am left no where to go. But I can’t dare to go back to My Dentist again.
If you want proofs I have bills and receipts which I will attach. I even did the payment by Debit card so they cant fool me

POOR SERVICE AND MISGUIDANCE

I Vikas Bhuta undersigned is the victim of worse treatment and wrong decision of my dentist Virar branch of " MY dentist" had decive me economically as well as harrase me wrongly.The details of this case is as follows:-
1)When i visited there for implant, they told me if you want to implant lower teeth, you will have to do root canal o[censored]pper teeth. then they suggested some X-ray and CBCT report they want to know whether implant will be successful or not.
so, with the above report visited the branch again that time they told me that these reports need senior doctor's guidance.after consulting senior Dr.Disha called me aassure me that in my case implant will be100% successfull.So i visited there again for root canal and for further treatment in this regrad.when they did root canal of my upper teeth they charged me 3500rs.I paid rs.3500 accordingly then some of noble company's name they uttar for implant and taken rs 4000. for that and that time also they assure me for 100% success of implantment
As per the appointment on 28th Nov 2014. implant surgery was done in between surgery they told me that Rs 4000 will be charged, for bone replacement
After 3 month when the screw will hold its place the Crome(the artificial teeth) will be fitted.I paid up fully for whole process bu unfortunately at the date offittingthe crom senior doc dreadfully refused.He conclude that implant is failed. Your bone do not accept any implantation and he assured me for refund money.
they remove the screw from my teeth and i came back home without any implantation so from they date of assuance till today i didnt get any such refund.
NOw this is my request to help me in getting my amount or els all my victim to the media.

orthodensit treatment at chembur

I had gone for orthodontist treatment at my dentist at chembur branch. The staff is highly unprofessional.. The treatment procedure is not followed correctly.
1. Dental impression is taken after fixing the braces.
2. The cleaning of teach was done after the brackets were attached and after several reminders from us.
Separators ere also placed after fixing brackets which was not correctly put as two of them went inside the gums.
3. Dentist unsure about what is to be done next or not to be done and always have to ask for the next procedures and reminded.
4.Almost 4 months has passed since first installment was taken and until now only brackets has been fixed
5. No extraction or wire has been put so far.

Hi this is hasan from Mulund East. I want to complaint for irresponsible and rude behaviour from DR JAANVI ( Mulund East). My father called on monday (24th November) to take an appointment for tooth ache but reception lady gave appointment for 27th November as she said Dr Aditi is not available. My father was suffering with tooth pain. They might have given appointment with other doctor ? its not necessary that my father has to go to Dr Aditi as she had done prior treatment. My father had been to MyDentist yesterday(27 Nov) for 8 pm appointment and he waited for half an hour for his turn till 8.30. Then DR examined my father and said he needs to remove his tooth. So father was ready to remove his tooth as he was going through pain since many days. But DR JAANVI said as per companies policy we cannot remove tooth as it is already 8.30 and if we remove his tooth now then he has to keep the cotton on that wound for 45 mins. She said it would cross the closing time of dispensary which is 9pm. Which is pathetic way of replying. Then she gave appointment for today at 5.30pm but father denied as he goes to work everyday and comes back at 8pm. Our whole family used to go to MyDentist but by this pathetic and inhuman experience we would never go to them. Please change the policy or please take some action against them.
