Myflower App — Order not delivered & Refusal to refund the money

I placed an order for a birthday cake on 18/06/2021 for same-day delivery. The website showed the same-day delivery is available for the said pincode. However, later that evening around 6:30 PM I received a call saying they can't deliver the cake the same day. They can only deliver it the next day.
I requested a refund with cancellation but they said the same isn't possible. However, they said that if I pay an extra Rs. 100, they will deliver a 1Kg cake instead of the 500gms that I had initially ordered.

Since there was no way I could get my money refunded, I decided to pay an extra Rs. 100 and they guaranteed that the same would be delivered during the day on 19/06/2021.

I got a notification around 4 p.m. on 19/06/2021 saying the order was delivered. I was initially glad but when I checked with the recipient they said they haven't received anything. I checked with the online support team of MyFlowerApp, he apologized, saying it was another order that the delivery person had updated and mistook it for mine. My order would be delivered within an hour. I have been trying to contact them via Online Support and emails, but they are not responding anymore. The cake has not been delivered either.

This is pathetic and when I went through their Twitter profile I noticed several customers raising such issues.

I will not let them cheat me fraudulently and keep my money. This is unfair that they are doing such stunts to trick and cheat customers like myself.
