Myflowerapp — Action to be taken against Fraud online sellers on priority!

I had placed an order for an anniversary cake on 23rd May, 2021, to be delivered on 24th May, 2021 in Cuttack.
Once i placed an order, i did not get any auto generated mail or message on my phone .Then i felt that this site is not genuine and my money went in toss.
There is no customer care service, no contact details. What they do simply updated the status as out for delivery in my case. I have been waiting for two days, but no response.
I want my money back, refund of Rs 1260/- in my account.
