Hi, I have ordered a Gift package today and schedule a fixed time today itself for delivering the product. I have paid extra for fixed time delivery. I have order items around 2000Rs/- including the scheduled delivery. And its showing the status as out for delivery from 2PM. The recipient didn't receive the package and the team didn't contacted me or the recipient. While check with the myflowerapp team through online chat, they told me that the package is delivery to the address. And I tried chatting in myflowerapp Facebook account also after asking about the ordered item they have stop replying.
