I've ordered a cake and they informed me at end of the delivery day that it cannot be delivered. So, I initiated refund and still haven't got the money. It's been **days by now...My order id is[protected], they said that the refund will be reflect in the myflowerapp wallet but actually no wallet is there in this app, they are totally making people full, i want my refund in the original payment method plz help us.
