I ordered some flowers for 1399 rupees from this site on 22nd june 2020 with order number[protected]. I was told that the flowers were not available so i asked for a rerun for which they agreed.
The refund was initiated on 22nd june which i appreciated but after around 20 days of initiation, i still haven't received the refund.
They only have one contact number which is always busy so its not possible to connect to them on call. They have an option of a chat but unfortunately, the issue is never resolved there.
I have even contacted them on email but that was of no use either.
I asked them to connect me on call but they seem reluctant to do that.
In would just like to get a refund as soon as possible.
