Myflowerapp — Complaining about order placed

I have placed an order ID:[protected].

The order has one flower bouquet along with fruit bucket and 3 chocolates.

I have paid rupees 2688 where fixed time delivery charge is included.
I have paid the amount from my credit card.

The order supposed to be delivered by 11 AM (23/05/2022).

The order is not yet confirmed and I talked to the agent over chat and they are saying team is working on it and will have a look soon.

They are denying for the refund or cancellation.

I have read lot of reviews regarding the service of this site and its totally disappointing.

They are Fake and fraud. They have been doing this since a long time and still this site is open and looks okay which is strange.

I want my money back anyhow and these site they don't have any contact number as well except a bot chat.
