'placed an order (flower Chocolate bouquet) for my friend's birthday on 29th June 2021, the order was to be delivered on 30th June 2021 between 11 am to 12 pm, company even charges extra for fixed time delivery .on 30th june 2021 when I got to know no action was taking for the order i tried calling the customer care services but those people either dint pick the call or even rejected the calls...this went on till 7 pm !!! and they gave me a call back saying the order cannot be delivered to that specific location as it is away from the city limits . The pincode or address which i requested was inside the city to be specific was in the heart of the city .They said they cannot do the delivery and no refund but can use the courier service. they even promised to deliver within 2 days (no point in delivering a birthday surprise gift after 2 days though ) and it has not been delivered still!! after a week .They should have at least shown the courtesy to either pick the call and responding when a customer calls them just wanting to know the status .BUT THEY WHERE REJECTING THE CALLS !! tried calling from different numbers recognizing my voice they were cuting the calls in between .is this how they behave towards their customers? ..and the gift has not been delivered till today 6th July 2021.
