I have placed a order to be delivered on 1st August 2021 by paying INR 699. On 1st August i have not seen any status update. Tired to contact the customer care they have been saying it is in process. End of the day they said the delivery is too far and cannot be delivered. When asked for a refund they are saying me order amount is too less to delivered and i have to place a new order. When i asked them for a refund they sent me a coupon code, i insisted them to return the money on the original payment method and they refused. The customer care is reckless, arrogant and not at all responsive.
Recently, using the coupon code i have ordered and it was supposed to be delivered by 26th August, 2021. Yet it hasn't be delivered. It has been waste of money, energy and time. Was this information helpful? |
