I have placed the order for flowers and choclate on my husband's birthday since more than a week from the actual delivery date but they canceled my order just one day before saying we can not deliver to that address and provide me a coupon code for the same amount which I can only redeem in case of my next purchase from myflowerapp site.
When I raised complaint to their team member he disconnect the call and didn't respond after wards.I emailed them tried calling chatting but no response in any manner.
Hence to conclude they spoiled my special occasion with a ### reason even blocked my money entirely with no CUSTOMER SUPPORT or response.
I would like to raise a CONSUMER COMPLAINT against them to have a serious and immediate action on them. So that they can not fool other CUSTOMER in their trap like this. Was this information helpful? |
