I ordered a flower bouquet and some chocolates for a relatives birthday on 18th July 2021 to be delivered the next day. The total amount was 729 rupees. Before paying I confirmed that next day delivery was possible since the birthday is on the very next day and the site showed it was possible to deliver the product before 10pm(19th July 2021). I paid the whole amount and I got a confirmation mail saying the order was placed. The next day evening(19th July 2021) I got a call from a person whose voice wasn't audible and since his language had that local Hindi slang because of which what he was saying was not clear and he wasn't able to communicate in proper English. He was telling about some link being sent to my mail(not very clear because of his local slang). I checked my mail to see a link from Amolika Gifts asking me to another 300 rupees. I was confused to why I should pay another 300 rupees and tried calling him back but he didn't pick up the call. I tried calling myflowerapp contact number and I was responded with a machine voice asking me to press 1 for Hindi and 2 for English. I pressed 2 for English and after many tries I was connected to an arrogant person who was speaking in Hindi eventhough I selected the the English option. I tried telling him my issue but he cut the call in between. On contacting him again, he put down the receiver as he recognized my voice. I am writing this complaint on 20th July 2021 and till now there has been no update regarding the order. Was this information helpful? | |||||
