I had placed an order#[protected] on MyflowerApp for Valentine’s Day worth 3308INR for same day delivery but haven’t received my order till date. I had sent lot of emails asking for update but they haven’t responded to any of them. There is no way to track the order, no option to cancel the order and their mobile number is useless.
Today I received a call from them stating that they are cancelling the order as the products won’t be delivered. When asked about the refund, they said it will be credited to MyflowerApp wallet and not to the source account. I don’t understand what I’m going to do with money in their wallet.
This is a complete scam where they take money from my account and keep it in their wallet even though it’s clear that they do not deliver any orders. Please do the needful.
