Cheated out of my money. I ordered a cake with a birthday message and a card. For Rs 1571. Received the wrong cake, no birthday message, and no card (card alone is Rs. 128). Order number[protected]. Have screenshots of all my chats with representatives, and various emails. Stock reply: We are looking into it. Latest reply is "Your order was delivered" !! Unbelievable. They don't answer the phone either, I left two messages.
