I have been writing and trying to get in touch related to my order which was placed on 12 August, it was a one day delivery option and I paid around 1600 and till date I haven’t received my order, neither are they refunding the amount.
This happened a year ago as well when I first ordered, instead of delivering my order they initiated a voucher, this year just to use that I placed an order and to my failure again the same thing is happening.
