I have given an order for a birthday cake on 20th may 23 using my flower app.com. The total amount that i have paid was Rs. 844 which includes Rs.195 as fixed time delivery fees, i.e, Rs.649 for cake and 195 for delivery fees. The time i asked for delivery was between 6pm - 7pm on 20th may 23. I was expecting the delivery and got disappointment. They didn't delivered the cake and customer care no mentioned on website was switched off. I filed a complaint on there website using there live chat facility. Next day. i.e, 21st may 23, i received an email from there website saying that the amount has been refunded as a voucher, and it can be redeemed for any future order from that site.
I was not ok with this, and i send a email on "[protected]@myflowerapp.com" for refund issue. I asked for transfer the refund amount to my bank accn instead for voucher. I am not interested for ordering anymore from there website so i cannot use the voucher. And the reply that i received is copied below;
"Dear Arun,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused, we will definitely refund you if we were not providing services in your area, Our services are available in your area, now due to some maintenance issue, services have been paused for some time, soon the services will be resumed and then you will be able to place future orders with the help of coupon code all over India & for same address too."
This is the reply that i received. For this email, i have replied back. Please find below :
"Thank you for your email.
But my question is, if there was some maintenance issue on my area, then why was the ordred accepted? U sholud hav update on the site that it was under maintenance.
This is not acceptable, and i dont hav any future plan to give order frm ur website. So i would like to make an request for the refund of payment on my bank account."
After this rply, there is no feed back from there side. I really don't want that voucher, all i need is the money that i have spended to be refunded to my bank accn.
