Myflowerapp — My Flower App is a fraud platform with no service, they have swindled my money

I ordered cake for my daughter's birthday which "my flower app" claimed they can deliver. They took 2700 rupees advance and never delivered nor updated me. On follow up ( after birthday ) they conveyed that it shall be replaced with a gift item of same amount. Till date, even after a month they lie that its on its way. I want complete refund back.
