I have ordered a cake online and paid for the same instantly, which was suppose to be delivered yesterday (on 24th April 2023). But the delivery person or their representative called yesterday saying that the cake could not be delivered and amount will be refunded. So I start contacting myflowerapp through their both contact us forum and through chat. Conversation went for few minutes mentioning that the refund amount will be paid as a coupon code which will be in their myflowerapp wallet. So with final little bit of trust, I was searching for wallet option which was hidden or not available for use in their website. So I literally don’t know what to do and try to reach them but all went in vain, no response. The worse part is even the chat is not available to communicate to them, keep saying from yesterday message here and will be addressed soon. I waited and till morning no updates from them. Now no clue whether I will get my refund or just it’s a bluff and fraudulent approach from myflowerapp. Please let me know if I need to officially lodge a complaint against them.
Now I was searching to add the screen shot of my order. It disappeared from the site which I was hoping something to happen/tracking. However I have my order id remembered[protected]. In the attached screen shot I have a third row on top which mentions coupon code, but disappeared now.
