Myflowerapp — No refund of money, No delivery of service

I had ordered a birthday surprise (flowers and cake) in the month of MAY of 2023 to be delivered on 26th May 2023. But received a call that address was unreachable and money would be refunded back.
I am provided with a coupon code to redeem a similar package, BUT I AM NOT INTERESTED IN THE SAME. I REQUESTED FOR REFUND, since i did online payment, But still my money is not refunded. Please look into the matter and GET MY MONEY REFUNDED. because even if i use the coupon to redeem the offer, it might again turn false and again ill be provided with a second coupon.
