I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the recent order I placed with myflowerapp company, which has not been delivered till now. Additionally, the lack of proper communication throughout this entire process has further exacerbated my disappointment.On [May 15, 2023], I placed an order (Order No: [[protected]]), with the delivery date clearly specified in tracking order as [May,[protected]:00 — 22:00]. Regrettably, the order has not been delivered as promised, and the delay has caused significant inconvenience and distress. Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer support via email, I have not received any satisfactory responses or updates regarding the status of my order.
