Myflowerapp — Non delivery of paid product and not issuing refund.

I ordered a bouquet worth Rs 499 on 23 August 2023. One lady called in the evening claiming that she was from myflowerapp.com. She told me that my order could not be delivered due to my area not being deliverable.
I requested for refund and they sent me an email saying that refunds would be completed within 7-10 business days. It is been 11 days since then, I have not received any refund. Kindly raise a complaint against this kind of fraud company.
