Myflowerapp — Non delivery of product /no refund/no response

I have placed an order for Himachal Pradesh (district Mandi) with an order ID of[protected]. the order was accepted, and payment was successfully done. the date of delivery was 16th feb and later changed to 17 th Feb. still its ok. later the delivery was not commenced on 17 th feb as well, then I drafted a mail to flower app and mentioned for the issue. they replied we are unable to deliver in the location and we will deliver any other item with 2 days. I still agreed and asked to proceed but after this I didn't receive any response, refund, or update in the site for the delivery.

how one can take a money from a consumer and not providing services. It's my request to kindly accept my complaint against it and take mandatory action.
