Myflowerapp — Non fulfillment of Delivery

I has placed an order which was Birthday cake and flowers to my daughter's birthday. It was supposed to deliver on 26th Jul 2022 but today 27th Afternoon nobody turned up.

Checked with website chat... Said address is far so they can't deliver. When they place order they asked PNR Number then only accept the order. How they can cheat customers?. They are not providing any phone contact... also my money is not refunding toy account
