I did order 2 orders of flowers bouquet and chocolate on 08/05/2023.
The delivery should be happened on the same day which never happened and they didn't have the courtesy to inform via any modes of communication.
I had to call them and check and their excuse is that it's very far and cannot deliver. A staff picked the call and she wasn't ready to hear my comments she just hung the call.
I emailed them about the issue and the refund. According to them refund will be done, when that cannot answer. Till date they haven't reached back neither the refund.
