I placed cake order for same day delivery and company site accepted the order for this pin code for delivery slot of 16-22 hour on same day. Thereafter, 2 hours executive from their company called and told me that order won’t be able to deliver on same day as its far place from their location. They can deliver it after 2-3 days which is totally wrong as it was a birthday cake and so only I selected same day delivery option. If recipient is getting cake after 3 days of his/her birthday then it’s of no use.
In this case, option left with me was to cancel the order. As I asked to cancel the order, company’s executive told me to refund the amount in wallet, but I want back to my bank account. Initially, 1st executive refused to give it in bank account and thereafter 2nd executive called me and when I asked to refund in my bank account, he explained me about deduction in refund about due to payment gateway.
It was company’s fault as they had accepted my order in same day delivery with 16-22 hour slot and were not able to deliver and that has spoiled my surprise to recipient and as was evening then so I was not abele send her anything. Already occasion had been spoiled by those guys and they were creating issue in giving back full amount to my bank account.
Kindly request you help me get full refund amount to my bank along with unliquidated damages occurred due to mental harassments by company account at the earliest.
