Myflowerapp — Ordered a gift for valentines day, gift not received yet and no response from the company

I ordered a gift that was to be delivered between 8 pm to 10 pm on Feb 14, 2023. However, the same is not yet delivered and no response is received from the company. I have called up customer service multiple times but the phone is switched off. My Order ID is[protected].
