Dear Team,
I had ordered for red roses and chocolate on woman’s day (8th March)for my wife. Order number 1013808. I was promised that my order will be delivered by 8pm on same day I agreed for the same and made payment of INR 649.
I waited till 10pm night but order did not got delivered, so I requested for cancellation of my order on their website and requested for refund. I got reply their executive will be in touch me to get my query resolved and refund done. But o never got any update on my order.
Next day 9th March their executive came to my house by 12 pm to deliver order I explained him about delivery time and showed him that I have already requested for refund. Delivery boy said fine we will get the refund done.
But instead of refund I got a mail from Myflowertree on same day 9th March 4:36 pm which stated that my order is delivered to me. I replied on same mail because your team has not delivered on 8th I had cancelled my order. But no one replied on my mail. I requested for update over mail daily but did not got any response.
So I am writing here please help me resolve my query and get money back.
