They are not initiaitng my refund of 1106INR. At first it was stated that -
Cake will be delivered.
Then they said no after an hour.
Then i cancelled it. Then they quoted - refund will be done in less than a week.
It is now more than 2 weeks and so i tried to contact them.
I am now told refund is getting error. They are facing payment gateway issue. So the only available option, to reorder or buy gifts.
Now to get my amount back, i had to make order and need to order more coz that ordered cake cannot be delivered for 500kg. Original order they agreed and now states - they cant deliver the same cake for 500kg. So order more, pay more.
So i have to order 1kg... So instead of refund, i ended up ordering.
I am annoyed coz of bad customer service. The alias name or real name - i dont know - Kavya - not good, shared thrice incorrect information, did not provide any resolution and made more sales through me by extra payment.
She ignored me multiple times.
