Myflowerapp — Payment made but delivery not done

I had placed an order for a bouquet of flowers form myflowerapp https://www.myflowerapp.com/ on 30thMay2023, for my parents' Anniversary. The order was placed around midnight for the same day. I payed Rs1594/- for the bouquet and their service. i had made the payement through Hdfc netbanking .
The moment the payment was confirmed, I recieved a message form myflowerapp, stating order cancelled from user end. There has been no cancellation from my end. The equivalent amount has been deducted from my account.
I have been trying to reach them over call, but both the numbers provided are not active.
