I placed an order for a cake and flowers on the 29th of November 2022.
I received a call from a delivery executive on the same day saying that the flowers were not available and that he will go to a second location and pick something up if I pay him an extra 350rs. The flowers he was going to pick up were different than what I paid for. So I told him not to do that and give me a refund for the flowers.
He stopped answering my calls.
Then I emailed the company and they mentioned that they will refund the money to my “myflowerapp” wallet. I told them that I want a cash refund. They said they can only send they money as a credit on their app. I said that that is not mentioned anywhere in their terms and conditions while I was placing the order. They then stopped responding to my emails.
I request you to help me out with this issue. They are trying to cheat me out of my money for a service that they did not provide and are forcing me to use their app again when I did not like their service at all. Was this information helpful? |
