I have ordered bouquet on april 29th after making payment and order only i came to know it is not deliverable to my place. Mentioned it will be deliverable in all places. And then i contacted them they said the amount can be added to app wallet after cancelling order. I requested my money back. Then they initiatied refund process.in their website it is mentioned refund will be done in 5-7 business. Daily i try to reach them they are not responding phone call properly. The refund process has been initiatied 20 days back. When i call them they say we will check and do but not progress has been done from their side.
