I had ordered a few products from myflowerapp on the occasion of valentine's day. The company failed to deliver product on the promised day, i.e. 14th Feb 2021. Now since the company was not able to fulfil its promise, I want full refund. But they are telling that they cannot initiate refund and asking me to provide another delivery date. Order id is #[protected].
The occasion is already gone. How can I provide a new date when the date on which I wanted the products was not delivered and is of no use after that date Was this information helpful? |
