Myflowerapp — Refund not issued for more than 3 months

I have placed order to deliver flowers to my aunt and uncle wedding anniversary.

This is thier reply after one day:
Dear Vanitha,

We are writing to inform you that we have to cancel the purchase order[protected] you placed for 19 August 2023 for Rs 2315/-.

Unfortunately, due to the unavailability of the Resources, we are unable to complete your purchase order by the required date.

We apologise for any inconvenience. We are issuing a refund in your same account.

If you have any questions, please reach us at [protected]@myflowerapp.com.
Thank you for your understanding.

TILL date I am following up for the refund and I haven’t receive it. Nowadays they stop replying too.
