This is regarding my refund. I have paid an amount of 445 twice, my money has been deducted however my order could not be placed. I have confirmed with bank and they have confirmed that the amount was released from bank gateway.
I have been trying to connect with the number provided to contact flower app however nobody is responding.
I am startled to see the service, this is the first time I ordered something from my flower app but the experience is worst. Was this information helpful? |
