Myflowerapp — Undeliverable

I made an order of bouquet in myflowerapp.. after payment they called n said it was not possible to deliverable to that destination . N they said it wil
Be refunded but its been one month couldn’t get any refund
Infact there is no refund option in the site
I think its a scam
Plz take a proper action againt them
N resolve the issue
