Hi I had placed an order[protected] . I had called on customer support number to ask when the order will be delivered. Support lady told me to pay Rs 400 more for order delivery. Then I asked her to cancel the order and refund me my money in my bank account . So she told me that we will not going to refund money in your bank account. If you want you can use the money for further shopping. This fake site has blocked my money. In the website, user has to enter pincode if they are charging money for those pincodes then show some alert to user that you have to pay extra money for your order.That lady is very rude and told me that read company policies and we will not refund the money. Please refund my money and make User experience good
