I ordered birthday cake for my mother on 11th May 2022 which has to deliver on 18th May for Rs 2175. I received an email on 18th May 2022 (today, on the day of my mom's bday), that we cannot deliver the product as your house far away hence you have to pay additional Rs 400. Seeing their poor customer service i refused to pay additional 400 amount and asked for refunded. Absolutely this is my money to refund back to me if they cant deliver the cake. Instead of they solving my problem they asking me to see the terms condition. How funny before ordering the cakes and flower please read their terms and condition. i my life i never seen such venerable service.
See this type of service pathetic sending me email on the same day of my moms bday. How unprofessional their services. I have logged the complaint in customer forum and other social media on this fraud. Was this information helpful? |
