Samsung A32 was purchased from MyG Digital, Kannur. Started having issues with the charging port with a pop-up message stating - "Temperature too low to charge".
Phone purchased on Aug 2020 and the problem started right after 1 year and hence was repaired under extended warranty scheme provided by MyG.
Firstly the mobile was given for repair on 28 Oct 2021 then received back after almost 3 weeks then again the same problem repeated and was given back for repair again on 13 Dec 2021 which also took almost 3 weeks to return back and again the issue repeated and given for repair on Jan 26, 2022. Now it's the 4th time the mobile is having the same issue.
Each time the issue keeps repeating after 1 month. Worst service provided.
