We had been asked the vehicle for a week trip, the vehicle had been going well upto 800kms maximum . All of a sudden there was a clutch failure on the hills of kumli and after a repair the vehicle had a brake failurr that too at night . Since we were in kerala we didnt have proper service too . This is a bad service by myles. They never had services the vehicle before handling it to us . Brake failure was worse and clutch failure was more worse . How can a brake failure happen after a repair. Above all it is we who spent around 40k for the clutch at the showroom and the vehicle had been toed from hill top to town . It is a damn bad service by myles. Still we need to travel another 800 kms to reach home. The vehicle is toyota innova, no proper service before going to the trip . We also need the money that we spent on the repair of MYLES vehicle. The manager says he had changed the clutch, we really dont know how true it is . We will be taking serious action on this .
