Myles Car — Worst and dangerous cars

Below is the complaint raised to myles car team. They came back stating that they will refund only rs.1000 for car in not good condition, they have no value for life.

Hi team,

This is the worst service every received. You guys have no idea how much risk it was the vehicle initially was very dirty, dog hair was filled in the car, car was not washed interior or exterior, unfortunately i had to clean the car before we started.

Issues-
delay in providing the vehicle
vehicle delivery address was different but the vehicle was picked from the other location
the first vehicle which was provided was more dangerous than the vehicle which was given where the into a vehicle front windshield glass was broken, no back view mirror, untidy, unhygienic.
the vehicle later which was taken was dirty both exterior and interior. There were dog hair inside the vehicle, all previous customer used chocolate wrappers were not cleaned, stinking with some wet cloth inside the vehicle, damaged number plate.
due to unclean vehicle received our initial trip was delayed by 3 hours (1 hour vehicle delay and 2 hour vehicle cleaning)
once we left nelamangala (Bangalore-mangalore deviation) we initially received a message stating that the "front brake pad is worn out need to replace" due to which the braking of the vehicle was very bad.
little more further the engine bottom cover fell down hanging all of the sudden and we had to stop the vehicle walk back.5km get threads tie the cover to the vehicle and reach our destination with risk.
the brake pad broke down was informed to the myles representative mr. Rajesh immediately.
post reaching to our vacation destination we had to shell our additional rs. 8000 to book another vehicle to go around the vacation places as there were no mechanic shop opened due to dussera festival holidays.
also while we were coming back to bangalore they was heavy rain and the wiper of the vehicle was too hard a d was not cleaning the water on the windshield clearly.
also to mention you that the vehicle tyres were all worn out and there was not wheel alignment due to which vehicle was being pulled towards left side every time and hand started painting as had to hold the steering hard.
i believe the ac of the vehicle should also be checked and get cleaned.

This was a real nightmare and had put my entire family in risk opting for myles by paying rs.13591 plus rs.5000 as security deposit and put our own life to risk. I request one of the senior management to speak to me regarding the things which we have gone through. Due to this we lost most of our good vacation time and money but we got lot of tension and stress.
