Dear Sir,
I ordered boat Unisex Black Storm M Smart Watch & Unisex Navy Blue Airdopes 131 TWS IWP Type C Port Earbuds
Below mentioned are the Order ID of both the products

Order ID # 1185565 [protected] (Airdopes)

I received the incomplete delivery in which the smart watch was missing. I raised my query abt my second product which he said he is unaware.

I raised a complain on Myntra customer care, they kept on requesting time of 34 – Hours to 48 hours .
Without getting resolution of my query, they updated on my Mntra app as query resolved .

I kept connecting to myntra customer care and they are saying that their quality team he investigated and updated the status as resolved .

This is a kind of loot Myntra is making to their Customer.

Highly disappointed with Myntra, looking for someone who can help me get my money back or the product to be delivered .

    When I have entered the wrong account number, multiple times I have talked with their customer support member and supervisors. They said just wait for 3 days, then asked me to wait for 7 business days, they assure me"If your account number is not matched with holder name, myntra will not process your payment, even the spelling is wrong, we don't transfer the money. After the wait for 12 days, I have again contacted them, they said we can't do anything. this is your mistake. I have returned the 3 products which cost more than 1300 and still I didn't get the money. Myntra customer service is the worst.

      Hi I'm Hemant my major concern is that I ordered mast & harbour boxers Rs.359(Order ID #1185137 [protected])
      but unfortunately I received defective product. I was shocked to see when I opened the parcel.then I raised a complaint with attached photos of the defective item to Myntra. Then after couple of days I got approval that, your refund amount is initiated. I had used Flipkart pay later for this order. But there is no any amount showing in my flipkart pay later account yet. Even I called to the customer care many times in the last days but they were not able to listen my concern and kept on saying You have to wait for another days. I also mentioned to them please arrange a pickup for this as I no longer want this because it's already defective, what would I do with this.I have been waiting for last 10 days so that I would get my refund. Last but not the least, on 21st October at 12.29 a.m. I talked with customer care about this. Litterly I didn't like the behaviour of the boy.he was very Rude and kept shuffling around when I presented my issues. Rather than solving my problems he disconnected the call. I totally dissatisfied with the customer service. It's the responsibility of the Myntra and please take action against this boy and provide my money as early as possible.

        Its really disappointing that despite product got picked up 5 days back still I didn't receive its refund and even after raising complaint didn't receive any positive response from your end.

        Your team says they investigated regarding this issue but the truth is they didnt even connected with Pick up executive. If he/ she would have connected they could have find that even Pickup executive is agreeing that he collected the product and updated in the system but it's technical issue or system issue.

        Now, the point is if its your system fault then why me as a customer suffering because of it. And even after raising issues why proper investigation has not been done. Why customer has to investigate and share proof every time. I am feeling like robbed and harrassed by Myntra and would like to raise this concern of mine to higher authorities of yours.

        Requesting for the final time to investigate deeply into the issue and refund my money else I would put this call recording on social network to highlight how Myntra team treat their customers and rob them .

        I have call recording where Sachin Sharma Pickup guy has confessed that he has picked up a product infront of his manager Rajkumar. Hope this will help.

        Do let me know if you need any other detail from my end .

          Myntra asked to do self shipment of Mayra top to their warehouse through courier. After DTDC reached to deliver the Bhiwandi warehouse did not accept the parcel twice they rejected it .
          I shared courier receipt also the consignment status if rejection by warehouse to Myntra but their help centre refused to give me back my money.

            On my return request Myntra assigned one delivery boy he picked both products and not updated on that day I have got the message saying your return pickup failed immediately I contacted customer care they are Also not giving response this people are really irritating me by simply we will update on or before of some date next day they will close the issue worst service by Myntra

              Name of the delivery agent Ajish . Mobile number [protected].
              He said the total product value was 2500 I paid the amount to him as it was COD. Later at night when I checked the products one jeans was missing but the app showed delivered. I then contacted myntra customer care. Spoke to agent abhijeet around 9:15 pm who insured he would raise a complaint. I then got to know that apart from not delivering the jeans and charging me it. This mr Ajish also overcharged me. Abhijeet pointed out that my total was just 1850 and I had paid him 2500.
              So I was overcharged 650 bucks plus made to pay for the jeans that he did not deliver. Below are the two complaint numbers.

              As it's no surprise I have spoken to 3 customer service agents from morning and they are all clueless. As per the app it's says I will get an update on the 28th I'd October. Myntra and your wonderful team should be ashamed for cheating the public like this.

                Hi

                I am highly disappointed that my below query has not been resolved inspite of me following up continuously on myntra app and via email.

                I have been a loyal customer for last 8 years and very disappointed that Myntra has been so irresponsible regarding a valued customer's complaint.

                Can you please resolve the below issue asap or advise me on how to escalate this complaint.

                If this matter is not resolved asap I would be forced to close my account and request all my friends and family to stop using myntra.

                "We have logged an issue multiple times on the app(attached ) that payment has been debited multiple times - 4times instead of only once.

                This is regarding the Order ID # 1169586 [protected] has been debited multiple times, please refund the wrongly debited amount of Rs 1497.00, account details have been provided to myntra multiple times and give it again if required.

                  Return declined. Exchange also declined. No call backs from the escalation team since 3 weeks. They have delivered the wrong color shoes. Brand tags, box and packaging is 💯 % intact but they refuse to accept. 4.5k stuck.

                        I placed a return request of a product costing Rs.1514/- on Myntra on 18th October. That day I didn't receive any message from Myntra regarding the pickup being done on same day. However a delivery boy came and asked for the return showing me the photo of the product on his phone. I handed him over the product.
                        After pickup I didn't receive any message saying that the pickup had been completed. In night I received a message saying that the pickup attempt failed. I understood a fraud was done by delivery boy. I contacted customer care, but to no avail. And next day I received a message that the return request was cancelled by delivery boy because according to him I refused to hand him over the product. Myntra customer care is of no help. They're saying that the pickup was never done. But pickup is completed. Delivery boy didn't put it up on the record. And hence I haven't received the refund.

                          I have ordered one makeup revolution kit and received the product entirely damaged one . I placed a return request filling in all the details for which I received a message from myntra that my parcel will be picked up by ecom express courier partner but unfortunately they never came to pick up the same.
                          After that I raised a complain in myntra toll free number regarding this for which I was given the assurance that it will be picked up by 13th oct, 2021 but no result .
                          After that I received a message from your end that the item will be picked up by 20th (after 7 days from 13th oct) but till now the item has not been picked up consequently I again raised a complaint to the customer care executive but no progress was there.

                          I am sorry to say that today I got a text message from myntra telling that my return request has been cancelled.
                          What kind of service does this e commerce site is providing to the customers
                          If your goal is customer satisfaction then how come this kind o[censored]nreliable and irresponsible actions are done from your end.

                          I want my product to be returned at any how at any cost otherwise I will complain to the consumer forum regarding this in the portal of Govt of India.
                          Hope you will do the needful and your intervention will be solicited

                            I have ordered two dresses from Myntra and paid in advance and it was initially due to delivery on 13th Oct but delayed and packet received on 17th Oct and delivery guy marked both products delivered, on opening packet one product was missing checking with delivery guy he said they scan bar code of packet they do not know about what’s inside packet. Raised a complaint on customer care where they said they will resolve it after investigation maximum by 20th and on calling on 20th they don’t have any update and again asking more days and my money is with them

                              I ordered a Noise smartwatch from myntra.com but i recieved am empty box. Sadly, I could not record a video while unboxing it. When I contacted the helpline number( a number of times) they said they could not do anything about it since we did not have any prove.

                                I ordered for Biotique Bio Neem Margosa Anti-Dandruff Shampoo & Conditioner 650 ml,

                                Order number 118471764126340362003
                                And what i got was a Sandal, and when i got the package the outside package was sealed but the inside pack was already opened and when i saw it was a sandal, even after continued calling and emails they tell me this
                                - Product went through the mandatory quality check.
                                - As per the packaging footage, a correct product was shipped.
                                - The product was sealed in a tampered proof packaging.
                                - No instance of package tampering was reported.

                                So when they can ask me proof for wrong item soni asked them all their proof of how they rejected my plea
                                Hopeless from past many day’s trying all my efforts in vain.

                                So pathetic the Myntra team is so worst and hopeless never listens to the customers

                                    I ordered a leopard print shorts from Myntra and I recieved a wrong product with a smaller size...so I replaced it with a bigger one then again I recieved a wrong product i.e. a pant that to small in size..then I again replaced the order with a sweat shirt..and now my exchange order is on hold ..what the hell should I do now...I am highly disappointed with the order..as it has been replaced for the third time now..and still not reaching to me..what should I do to the money which I spent on my first order .it was really a bad experience on shopping on myntra.com for the first time..I really want you'll to suggest me..what should I do now..it's delievery date is 20th of October i.e. tomorrow..I will be waiting for it tommorow

                                      I have orderedens kurta for my brother in law. After few days when i checked my status it was showing delivered. When i asked my Brother in law he said nothing has been received. I called customer care and they are saying they resolve the issue withing 3-4 days of delivery. Now its 4-5 days more so they cant do anything...hopeless inspite of checking whi have delivered n to whom. They r just closing the matter by sorry. Worst customer service. N this behaviour is when i m a regular customer. Kindly resolve the issue else i will never buy again from ur site.
