I asked about refund a month ago, the return was also picked up a month ago and no refund has been submitted.i think people of the company are taking me for granted and this is really silly.i ordered a pair of shoes but the quality was below average and it was also a defective product.i asked for refund so they didn't gave me a response.i later onn got a reply that shoes r dirty.but then i said the shoes were not dirty and if so might the delivery guy made it so.i asked for pictures of my shoes also...but no reply again.they said that 200 will be deducted for delivery service .i said ok but atleast send me the remaining amount.i sincerely want consumer guys to getmy money back as customer shouldn't be serviced like that

    I would like to exchange my doc martin white sneakers of order#19792 as the size is too big. I want to exchange it with a smaller size shoe. I have mailed tgem at least 3 times a day from the day i have purchased it but neither of them is least bothered to reply. The product got delivered to me on 31st august, 2017. From that day i'm sending emails to them but still i have not got any reply from them.

        I mailed them twice in two days. They didn't reply me even once and there is contact number in the site, where i can contact and tell them about my problem.
        It's very disgusting that these types of companies are doing there business in india and making fool of indian. Is there any law which can interfere in our matter.

          As requested earlier, i had placed the prepaid order for the shoes that i wanted in exchange under order i'd : 12322 as i was in urgent need of it so i requested you to refund the money of the red shoes under order i'd 9822.

          But now i got the delivery of the product requested for exchange and the other order placed i. E. 12322 so i have one shoes extra.

          So i request you to please accept the return request of the same as i had informed the team on insta that i will be placing a separate order as i was in urgent need of it and they accepted my request.

          I am also ready to get the product exchanged for size 6 of boston lt/ blanco white for the current shoes for order no 9822.

          Request you to do the needful.

            Someone named sindhu called me for a delivery and I asked to return the product but they delivered the product when I was not at home. Now I want to return the product and want a refund.It was a bitter experience with vefro and they don't have an option for returning the product. They also don't have customer services it is so dissappointing and the star rating is so bad. So please respond to my complaint. I want my 1250 ₹ refunded and I will return the product.

              This is regarding the purchase of Doc martin, Bravo LT/ Blanco white, size 8 from vefro which was delivered on 4th may 2017 and i requested for a size 9. The product was collected on 11th May'17 and delivered to Delhi on 15th May'17. Order ID is #7245 and tracking id :[protected] and Exchange Tracking ID:[protected].

              I would like to know by when i will receive the product ? Please Note: I have also written a mail ( Vefro and Doc Martin ) but there was no reply and submitted a query through their website to Vefro. The shoe is not used.

              Please look into the matter at the earliest or i will have to proceed legally.

              The complaint is resolved. I wrote an email to Vefro and Doc Martin regarding the shoe ( Mention every thing in detail like Order Number and Tracking Number etc.. ) which makes it easy for them to resolve and act accordingly. Also i had a chat with Drishti, Associate Customer Delight from Doc Martin which was helpful. All i can say is " Patience " and write them email every 1 or 2 week and also submit a complaint on this forum.

                This is regarding the purchase of the above mentioned shoe (Doc martin, bravo lt/ blanco white, size 8) from vefro which was delivered on 4th may 2017. I would like to exchange it as size 8 is small and want the same in size 9. Order id is #7245 and tracking id :[protected].

                If any courier executive can come and collect the shoe, it would be of great help and i also want to exchange it at the earliest.

                I would like to remind that i had a chat with drishti, associate customer delight regarding this and she said that the request for exchange has been accepted but no one has come to collect the shoe. I have also written a mail to vefro and doc martin but there was no reply.
                P. S : the shoe is not used.

                Please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                  Vefro is the worst e commerce website. Ive been an exclusive online shopper for at least 6 years now but haven't had an experience of the kind I've had with them. I ordered a pair of shoes, when they arrived they were chewed up, as if by an animal, I immediately sent them a picture and wrote to them; it's been at least 3 weeks and they haven't responded...despite my trying to reach them in all possible ways.
                  Shame on your customer service.

                    Product need to replace or return.
                    I am not able to find option where need to return in the product.
                    It has come from vefro itself.

                          Hi..I want to return the shoes which I had ordered from vefro.com because those shoes are nt of my size. I had already sent them the request regarding this ..but I have got no response yet .. the shoes I want is (9)..and the shoes which they have delivered is (10), I had even tried to come in contact with the company but there are not many ways u can come in. Contact with them so by somehow I got their office number and even der when I called they didn't answer to the calls!! This should be stopped or else people will start loosing faith on all the struggling e commerce company..just because of 1 company

                              Please return my money as again you have failed in product satisfaction. As you see i have ordered for another color and you have again disappointed with your delivery and way of customer satisfaction. Before i move further towards consumer legal rules pleas i request to take return back your product and return my cash as soon as possible and this time i won't accept your regular process of transferring money to my account as you made last time fool..

                              Kindly send me cash as i have paid by cash so i need quick and fast process bcoz i can't handle anymore excuses and this time i m too serious...

                                It was an order of shoes with 11 number size but they have sent me 44 UK size i.e. 9 number and i have done so many mails to them to take the shoes back and called them a gillion of times but there is no respond from their side.                                 I ordered the shoe from VEFRO size 8 but they deliver me 9 number size and i still try to contact many times but not responding.
                                My product number 42870 has not been delivered yet.
                                When i registered first time i got a coupon code in my account. But during check out when i m applying that code it is showing invalid.

                                So, are you making us fool ?????

                                  I ordered brown leather shoes from www.vefro.com on 3rd October 2016 vide order# 37774 and made payment of Rs. 1899 as well. They promised delivery time of 2-5 days. I tried calling customer care number - [protected] and also emailed many times at [protected]@vefro.com. There is no reply and no one picks up the phone. I am going to wait for a week more and then launch a FIR against them for fraud

                                    I have ordered a shoes... With order no. 35196. Shoes delivered on 26 sept.. I saw shoes and i don't like them.. After two hours i post a return order no. Is 1143.. But after 4 days there is no response... Please took a eye on this... Status is awaiting.. There is a huge problem of this.. This is the worst online site i had seen... This is not a good site..

                                      Hello, I booked shoes yesterday i receive it then i found wrong item now i wants return but there is no option for cancellation.                                         It automatically got cancelled and we didnt received any update or money back in bank account...it seams to be cheated
