Refund of Order ID # 1177160 [protected] has not been credited of rs 8699 into my account and was showing that the refund is credited instantly and added to upi but not reflecting to my bank account, make it ASAP.

    I order some t-shirts worth ₹875.00 form myntra.I prepaid my order through Google pay. Rupees 875.00 got deposited on mytra's bank account but my order didn't get placed.

            They locked my account for reasons best known to myntra and also deleted all my order details.
            On top of that while I placed the order, i did not receive any confirmation mail or a message on my registered mobile no.

            Now when I have cancelled my 2 products, they are forcibly delivering the same.

            The packet id displayed on my parcel indicates some other product at the customer care end.

            This whole FRAUD by myntra needs to be raised to higher authorities.

              Order placed on 02 July after payments made through my card and amounts are deducted and delivery time was to commence from 05 July.

              On 3rd July when I check the myntra app, it says no pending orders. These online scammers have siphoned off the money and I placed a request to speak to the customer care specialist.

              This chap, wholly unprofessional said order is canceled and refunds are to be initiated. Forget the refund, when I check the app, most of what I ordered are out of shelf. These kantankarous online scammers cheat people in broad day light.

              Height of it is after I have sent a message for call back, arbitrarily they have deleted my post.

              Scamsters Myntra. People beware don't ever order from this nasty application. They have employed goons to work as executives who are lacking any sort of manners.

                Dear Sir,

                Hope you are doing well.

                With reference to the subject matter. I have placed an order for 2 Home decore items on 25th June 21 but on 3rd July same order has been canceled by Myntra due to technical issues.
                Will share a small brief about order & delivery issues.

                Products ordered:-
                1. Home Sparkle Set Of 4 Red & Black MDF Basic Wall Shelf
                2. Home Sparkle White Vertical Iron Tealight Candle Holder

                Order ID.[protected]-8370601 as per delivery scheduled product delivery date was 1st July 21.

                On 1st July I got a call from the delivery boy at 5 pm saying that the product size is big so he cannot deliver the product on 1st July he will deliver that on 2nd July.

                On 2nd July got a message from Myntra that the product is out for delivery but at the end of the day got a message that the product is undelivered (reason not mentioned)
                On 3rd July evening got a mail from Myntra that my order has been canceled due to a technical issue.
                I want my product to be delivered to my place if myntra has any technical issues why should customers bear that.
                Being a customer I highly appreciate it if you could please help me to get that product rather than a refund.

                  I had ordered tshirt on 26th June from myntra. It arrived on the 30th. I tried the tshirt out but due to fit and low quality issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The order was picked up, but after the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
                  I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

                            Recieved golden peacock pendant without price tag. Tried to return it multiple times but every time return request is getting cancelled. Myntra customer care executive s has no idea why its getting cancelled. Even raised complain request many times on myntra site but it got closed by customer executives without providing any solution.

                              I ordered a SKAGEN Women watch from Myntra but due to some issues, I had to return the watch. I returned the watch on 21st June 2021 itself but Myntra hasn't initiated the refund yet. I have talked to Customer Care thrice already and every time I do, they tell me that the refund will initiate today. The first time I talked to Customer Care was the 22nd of June, the next time it was 28th June and then 1st July, which is today. The Customer Care people are either unresponsive or if they respond, they have been lying regarding the initiation of my refund.
                              I asked them to provide me with the details regarding my refund but they said it's not in their hands to do so.

                                I have placed an order of kurta & plazzo set (order no.117643530629129381803).
                                In status it is showing as delivered but i have not received the product.we have been chasing with myntra but no positive response is seen from myntra side.every time we complain they just register the complain but no action is taken till date.
                                their courier agency is very pathetic.no management is there.we never receive any contact no. of delivery person. they dont even take signature or verification to whom they deliver the product.
                                i hope i get my product.

                                  I ordered several Kurtis on Myntra. Out of which one came without Tag against which I have been trying to raise tickets, return requested many times, every time the pickup person comes and does not pick up without tag (citing Quality issue).

                                  Had also tried many times to raise ticket and call - every time they give next resolution date but close the ticket next day.

                                  Tired of such behaviour.

                                      I have ordered a product ( u s polo assn. Pant) using Myntra app ( my registered mob-[protected]) on 22.06.2021 and while doing payment by using mobikwik wallet my order was unsuccessful and amount 2029/- was debited from my wallet. I have attached the mobikwik payment statement confirming sucessful payment to Myntra ( paid to L51302_Myntra design pvt ltd with order id-[protected]. Till date i have not received any payment and i have complained Myntra many time but Myntra is saying that they have not received any payment. I also called Mobikwik care and they have clearly said that payment is already credited to Myntra and also statement clearly demonstrate that payment is successful and credit to MYNTRA. Please look into the matter and take necessary step to reverse the amount asap.
