I returned all the the products but myntra claimed I didn't return two products. I shared AWB IDs everything, still they haven't initiated the refund. I returned the product on 29th June. Today a customer executive and told me they are closing the case, then I shared the AWB Id but still they said they dont guarantee that they will return the money. Please help

I had ordered a dressberry bag worth 1500/- from Myntra which was delivered to me on 3rd July, 2021 with a broken zip. I raised a complaint within few minutes on Myntra site with the images and raised a return request. I very well remember that I have not removed any tags and returned the product as it was received. However Myntra rejected my return request saying that the tags were removed and are sending back the defective purse back to me and declined my request for refund. I have again raised a request to investigate the matter and waiting for response from Myntra. Request you to please help me here.

I ordered 3 tshirts 1 sandals from myntra during the sale in july 3 to 8, 2021. All of my above order was cancelled by them automatically saying that there is some internal issue. The product has been already shipped and was in transit, still they got cancelled.Still not got any refund from them.

I had cancelled 2 products worth Rs.599 each on fri. The refund is still in initiated status.

I purchased eyeliner pencil and paid online through phone pay, and now when I am checking about item delivery date, it is not showing the order which is placed...

This incident happened when the Sale was declared in Myntra on 3rd July. I placed an order and tried making an online payment. The amount got deducted from my bank but the order was not placed. I called customer care and they said that they have received the amount but they have initiated the refund and will take 7-10 days. When asked if they can just place the order and no refund, they denied it. As the failed order is not reflecting in the app I fear that my money is lost. I need a refund and I am not willing to wait for so long.

I self ship the courier via delhivery courier service...as they cannot arrange pickup for return request..
Now they are nor receiving parcel at their warehouse..

I've order clothes from Myntra on July 2nd worth of 1830.90 ruppes, I've paid through the Google pay App since the transaction is complete in Google pay but the order is not confirmed however my money is debited from the bank

Refund of Order ID # 1177160 [protected] has not been credited of rs 8699 into my account and was showing that the refund is credited instantly and added to upi but not reflecting to my bank account, make it ASAP.

I order some t-shirts worth ₹875.00 form myntra.I prepaid my order through Google pay. Rupees 875.00 got deposited on mytra's bank account but my order didn't get placed.

Product is not delivered but showing as delivered .kindly tell us why it's happening .A green frock is showing as delivered but it didn't reach us

I am regular myntra customer, my account has been lock, please help me my account to unlock

My Money got debited and also got order Id but couldn't see the details in the app on order details

They locked my account for reasons best known to myntra and also deleted all my order details.
On top of that while I placed the order, i did not receive any confirmation mail or a message on my registered mobile no.

Now when I have cancelled my 2 products, they are forcibly delivering the same.

The packet id displayed on my parcel indicates some other product at the customer care end.

This whole FRAUD by myntra needs to be raised to higher authorities.

Order placed on 02 July after payments made through my card and amounts are deducted and delivery time was to commence from 05 July.

On 3rd July when I check the myntra app, it says no pending orders. These online scammers have siphoned off the money and I placed a request to speak to the customer care specialist.

This chap, wholly unprofessional said order is canceled and refunds are to be initiated. Forget the refund, when I check the app, most of what I ordered are out of shelf. These kantankarous online scammers cheat people in broad day light.

Height of it is after I have sent a message for call back, arbitrarily they have deleted my post.

Scamsters Myntra. People beware don't ever order from this nasty application. They have employed goons to work as executives who are lacking any sort of manners.

Hope you are doing well.

With reference to the subject matter. I have placed an order for 2 Home decore items on 25th June 21 but on 3rd July same order has been canceled by Myntra due to technical issues.
Will share a small brief about order & delivery issues.

Products ordered:-
1. Home Sparkle Set Of 4 Red & Black MDF Basic Wall Shelf
2. Home Sparkle White Vertical Iron Tealight Candle Holder

Order ID.[protected]-8370601 as per delivery scheduled product delivery date was 1st July 21.

On 1st July I got a call from the delivery boy at 5 pm saying that the product size is big so he cannot deliver the product on 1st July he will deliver that on 2nd July.

On 2nd July got a message from Myntra that the product is out for delivery but at the end of the day got a message that the product is undelivered (reason not mentioned)
On 3rd July evening got a mail from Myntra that my order has been canceled due to a technical issue.
I want my product to be delivered to my place if myntra has any technical issues why should customers bear that.
Being a customer I highly appreciate it if you could please help me to get that product rather than a refund.

I had ordered tshirt on 26th June from myntra. It arrived on the 30th. I tried the tshirt out but due to fit and low quality issues i decided to return it. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The order was picked up, but after the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.

My account got locked for reasons best known to Myntra. This isn't expected at all.
You received every details of mine and then locked my account 😑
