I have ordered 7 products from myntra. out of which 4 i liked and 3 i created return as there is fitting issue.I received shoes on 23rd march and dresses on 24th march. I have created return on 25th for shoes, tights and t-shirt. i only got refund for tights . for shoes and t-shirt myntra refused to give refund as they thy didn't pass quality check. i have returned the product the very same day i created return and also i have returned with price tag and also in same package which i received it. please help as this myntra is very unfair even after returning on same day. please look in to this issue.

Kindly help me with this online loot which Myntra is doing. I ve ordere a shirt pant set from mini Klub on Myntra for my 4year old son. Once it arrives I opened the package and made my son to wear it just to check but I found that they ve sent wrong pant because product which I ordered has plain blue chinos pant but they send checked pant.I immediately packed the product and raised complain of wrong product sent and has also ordered exchange...

For giving poor and bad services as I face I payment for the thing that I ordered but the thing or good not come to me at the place where i addressed but even when I call they that we don't know is this your mistake I wish that i never ever made any type order from here and I want my money back that I given to you for the product that I ordered but the product don't comes to me ...

I want 32 size jeans available in roadster brand women blue flared jeans not in boot cut type. Please keep 32 size available in jeans which I want that is of flared type not boot cut type. There r many options available in boot cut but the one I want is roadster women flared jeans type. Please keep 32 size available in roadster flared jeans. It's been so many days I m complaining. I have placed a return of Libas kurta from Myntra.The very next day Myntra delivery executive so called Sampath Reddy has arrived to collect the kurta as I have handed over the kurta to him he said he has to check the product fine he opens my product on road it was a quiet an embarrassing moment as I have returned a lot of items but never ever has anyone opened on road and checked they do usually check the tags and ask reason for return tats all then I don’t know all of a sudden he said I cannot take the kurta back I asked why he says the product is damaged and I said that is the reason am returning the product and have some fittings issues he said that he cannot take my product back and started shouting at me it was very embarrassing and very shocking for me First to check the product on road is totally wrong what am returning some personal belongings I don’t know weather Myntra has ordered them to do or It was his Sampath reddy personal interest to see the product I request Myntra to take necessary action against Sampath Reddy

Hello. It's been almost a month there's no stock or size available in 32 size in roadster brand women flared jeans. I'm checking from almost one month but 32 size is not at all available. This time myntra is really disappointing me. Please keep 32 size available n also at good reasonable price offer. There is no stock but at that time price r low but when the sizes r available don't increase its prices. Keep good price offer available with good quantity of stock availability in 32 size roadster brand women jeans in 2 shades that is medium light blue n light blue. Please I request u to solve this product unavailability issue. Hoping n waiting this time to see my jeans in 32 size available.

I have placed an order on 23rd March and the amount of INR 623 was debited from my bank account but the app was not reflecting my placed order and I don’t receive any confirmation from the company for the same.

Had placed an order for two laptop bags (Order value Rs. 4545) on Myntra. When I got them, didn't like the shape and the colour so returned them (WITH ALL TAGS AND OUTER WRAPPING INTACT).
Now four days later after pickup I'm getting a notification saying quality check has failed on both the bags?
Need quick resolution on this.

I have not received my order yet..but it got deliver into somewhere else..that delivery agent is not receiving any calls now...except of deliver it in the exact location...he delivered it somewhere else...what kind of agents these are.mfs..i want my order ...

I ordered two artificial jwellery's from Myntra, there was a lot of trouble I faced and still it is not fixed :. The sequence of incident happened- 1- I had to return the product as I dint like it much. As per the Myntra policy we can return the product in 30 days so there was no issue with that bht here come the problem in my area both the pin code works 110045, 110077(updated). So when I raised the request for return it was not accepting pick and move to self ship catogory। I informed that that evry day I receive and sometime return from Myntra from this same pin code- which I my adress. In short there was app issue, technical issue as the ticket was not able to raised etc... I raised multiple request but non of the cc person handle it fine. At last I decided to self shipped now when I sent the item to address (north region delhi) shed-B khasra, No 98/3, 4, 5/1/1, 103/23, 24, 25/2/1 village Farukhnagar, Gurugram Haryana 122506. It returned to me। And when I asked the reson from courier it was stated that it is incomplete. Now am again couriering with mentioning Myntra on top as he mentioned pal mention Myntra @as there may be a possibility there multiple company may had the same address. I am wondering as It's Myntras duty to give the complete details to be specific Myntra to be mentioned on address if that is the case... I hve never has such a bad experience and still the issue is not resolved

I was online shoping in myntra in 1/3/2021 then i hve return this product in 18/3/2021 he was initiate my refund 4 days before but amount has not credited in my acount..
i was order two product..

I ordered a dress from dodo and moa on myntra ...they delivered another dodo and moa dress so I took place return request but they verify all tags and everything...they refused to return...they place return on hold...so I am very disappointed...

I ordered a pair of shoes, and upon receiving immediately found that the size is small for me. While placing the order I saw that it has return and exchange process available.

I requested for an exchange immediately through the mobile app j
a matter od minutes upon receipt. The shoe wasn't used at all, I had just tried it once on my tiled floor and placed it inside the box provided as it was too tight for me.

Now this collection guy comes to receive the product for exchange and says it has a very minor stain on the sticker attached below of one of the shoes. It surprises me as in broad daylight it doesn't look like a stain to me at all.

This guy asked me if I had used the shoe outside. I explained him the same stating the shoe wasn't used more than 10 seconds before it was back to the box. He told me that he would talk to his executives and get it approved in two days but few hours later the exchange was rejected from Myntra's end.

Now for several days I have raised multiple tickets stating it has a damage/stain. Within hours they close the ticket claiming it's resolved as their investigation indicates the product was delivered in a fair condition. This frustrates me a lot, and they didn't even mind calling me to discuss about this.

I have attached multiple photos and sent to them but in vain.

Are these guys running a scam?

One guy comes and looks at the product and says it's stained and there is these whole scamsters from the back end team claiming it's not without even contacting the customer.
I have attached photos of the product. Can someone from Myntra tell me if this product looks stained? If yes or no, then it seems like your collection executive and your backend are not in the same page and contradict each other.

I bought Realme watch S from myntra, I started using the watch it worked fine for just one day. when i woke up in morning it stopped working. it's screen went blank. it's screen is not working now. this is really a pathetic. i want to return/exchange this product right away. myntra cant just get away by saying this item cannot be returned. if theri product is not working then what's the use of it, what will i do with this faulty product. They asked me to contact realme service centre. I need bill for that, and myntra is not providing me that too. They are just sending me emails of invoice without any attachments in it.

Hello. I've ordered a jeans from ether brand on myntra. After seeing the jeans it's quality is very low n it's totally different as shown in picture n also it's very loose from waist n short from length. Totally disappointed n dissatisfied with that 2 pair of jeans. So I want to return it n I've fullfiled the return policy. Kindly refund my money back in my account. Myntra is my favourite shopping site and it has good variety of products too but the only thing which disappoints me is the that Myntra doesn't restock the products quickly.
I had wishlisted Puma Men White Rebound LayUp SL Leather Mid-Top Sneakers (white, size-11). Only 3, 4, 5 sizes are available and I'm in need of size-11. I had been waiting for so much time. Please update the stock.

I've ordered a Dolce Crudo blue women skinny fit jeans from myntra on 19/03/2021 and was trying to pay online through my debit card of Rs 959.And due to some network issues my order is not placed and the amount of Rs 959 is deducted from my bank account.Please give me refund for my loss.

I order a U.S.Polo musterd colour sweatshirt but his size is to loose then I returned the same product on 17.02.2021 but today 17.03.2021 I have not money refund in my account. And his customer support staff always cheated me that your money is returned of my end. Some one day lodge complaint other say send your account statement I accept his all matter but my refund is not credited till now. MYNTRA is a fraud site firstly he send duplicate thing and when you return they don't refund money.
