We have ordered seven items of max products through Myntra app on 17th October (order no:[protected]-8979603) and we received a max product on 24th October which was not ordered by us. So we raised a complaint and item was returned. On the cover our invoice 12921LD[protected] was correctly given. I think some packing mistake has happened band that item was returned on 27th October. We raised the complaint through their help desk several times. Meanwhile they have initiated refund of two items but remaining five items/ refund not yet received. Kindly look into the matter.

I would like to inform you that on 19th October 2020 I got a delivery of Rex Straut JeansMen Maroon Solid Polo Collar T-shirtwhich I ordered . But the product wasn't satisfactory to me, so I put a return request on 20th ( Return Id [protected]), on 21st a guy came from Myntra and said there don't have the brand tag so he can't pick the product. Although I have returned him as I received the product not even trialed also.
After that several times I put complaint but they asking about the price tag not the brand tag, although there have price tag with that item and I sent them the picture of the same also.B
ut still they have not picked the item and not accepted my return request.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered an Under Armour Hooded sweatshirt for Rs. 2474/- on 21.10.2020 ( during sale ) from MYNTRA and on 07.11.2020, it was showing that my order had been cancelled after 17 days. It's price is now Rs. 5499/-. Difference is of Rs. 3025/-. This was completely unethical. They refunded the amount Rs. 2474 but were refusing to replace the order due to higher price. I used the social media platform (Facebook, Twitter) after no response from them . I finally got a call from them and they just refused to anything more. And for compensation they gave me Rs 100 in Myntra Credit.
I want to lodge a complaint against Myntra for customer dissatisfaction.

I had ordered an Indo era INERKASS[protected]IE26KSOMR1614S) Folksy Floral Screen Print Cotton Kurta Set Size S HSN : 6114200 of Rs. 3699.
But have recieved a different set of cheap design of only Rs 2499 only of Style code 1736.
Very disappointing as wrong order of lower price than that of desired was delivered.
You must have then shipped out desired expensive set to wrong address though our address was very clear.

I have ordered a SINGLE Denim jacket for me and I have got a damaged piece which was delivered on 20/10/2020.I have opted for return policy on 20/10/2020, the executive comes to my place on 21/10/2020 and says that he kept my status on hold. When i contact Myntra customer service representative and tell about this issue they said the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition and they rejected my request.

Myntra service is very bad. The delivery boy's behavior is so rude. He didn't even listen what I'm about to say and hang up the call and called my order. Please do something. If this goes I'm never ever gonna use myntra anymore.

I ordered roadster navy blue jeans for diwali. Please try to deliver before the fest please.

My friend order a 1 boAt headphone of something around 1000 rs and after receiving order I opened at home but there was no earphone, it was just blank box,
I want my money back or send me another earphone of 1 boAt..

After picking up my product they are not showing any updates and now they rejected my refund and the reason they told that they didn't get my product. Thats not my problem after ithe puckup its their duty its not my business to see if the product reached there or not. I need my refund.
I ordered a innerwear from tge brand Sonari

I ordered a roadster shirt (Order No.:[protected]-1489903) last month. But i got a piece of curtain in place of the shirt. This is such a disappointment from a website like myntra. Now the problem is that i am not able to return as the return is on hold and quality check being failed. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

My order is not delivered to me but according to Myntra its delivered. They dont have any proof of delivering the order to my.

I had purchased one necklace from Myntra. When I opened the packet, the product was missing. The polythene was tampered and the packet was cut and product was taken out. I had booked a complain, but the customer service is closing it, with giving proper evidence that the problem wasn't created by their team.I want proof that the product was packed properly by logistics and no tampering what so ever was done by their team.I am sure the delivery people must have done something. I am now afraid to order things online.

Near One month ago i had purchased one t shirt from Myntra app and t shirt was received me on 7 October 2020.after that as per my observation t shirt quality was very poor and it was without tag of company. I immediate requested to return it it was done but till date i did not get my refund money. i raised 12 time complaint in myntra customer care but i did not getting any solution. every time they are saying for weight for some time. it is very annoying from the last one month ago. First Complaint raised on 16 October 2020. but they are giving proper solution. i request to please resolve the my complaint.

I have ordered two flying machine jeans from MYNTRA and i received those items. After that checked those jeans and i'm unhappy with that products because worst quality and very costly items. Hence, I placed return request for that items they had given one date that is 28th Oct for picking up those products. But no one came for picking up and after 28th -Oct i had received one message from MYNTRA is stating that product return request had been cancelled. I thought due to some issues those product were rejected. Again i raised request for return and they had given 7th -Nov product will be picked up. I had been waiting for pickup for those items. But no one came. For this i contacted MYNTRA costumer care. Every time they are saying that issue will be sorted out. But that is not happening.

I tried to return the product thrice .no one ever comes to pick up the product.their delivery partner xpressbees sents messages saying they would come and pick up products.But no one comes.it has been thrice but no one comes

This is regarding a product that I had ordered online and due to some reasons I had to return it. The conversation had taken place on 29 sep and I haven't recovered the amount yet.

This is in reference to both the jackets ordered from myntra of mast and harbour having order Id 1155705 [protected]. My issue is myntra executive have marked this product failed in quality check and providing reason that price tag is missing on the product therefore kept my return on hold. In this regard I have made many complaints on myntra that myntra executive didn't even came to pick up my product and marked this issue fake as my product packet was not even opened which I have cleared very well in the video attched. I am very disappointed with this behaviour from myntra. Now I am scared while ordering any product from myntra as such fake and liar exist with the team, how does they treat with their customers. Also, I have ordered some products from myntra which has been cancelled without asking me and neither no compensation no apology nothing, only due to some technical issues. This is annoying as now people have to lost their trust from myntra. I should definitely take this forward to customer court with all the facts and proofs to protect my interest and otherone's interest so the same should not be suffered by the other person. I am very disappointed thanks for doing the same with us.

Hi, Have placed order of 2 jackets from Myntra. Both of the Jackets were of bad quality, I immediately requested for replacement for both but Myntra is denying to do so. They have rejected my request because of quality check. So it's basically a scam from Myntra, First they Shipped damaged and bad Quality products to customers and when customers are creating replacement they rejecting it due to bad quality. I request please take appropriate actions against them.

There was no tag on mitera saree

We had ordered Anubhutee Women Pink and Off - White Printed Kurta with Palazzos, Size - XXL. We haven't received the product yet but we have received a message from myntra that order is delivered and share your experience messages. The delivery man had come on Nov 7 and went back without giving the product (saying that I will get it afterwards, I have not brought now ). If we call them they aren't picking up the call. Please do needful....
